Not only did she save my butt by letting me know the container i was about to use would fail with gasoline in it, which i honestly didn't think would happen because ive seen so many people fill up random containers that they used to bring to thier stranded vehicles. But her lively and upbeat persona managed to cheered me up during a not so cheerful event! Thank you Alice! You are a life saver!”

“Communication, coordination and customer service from Cye and his team were truly above and beyond exceptional. No need to go anywhere else for your auto glass replacement needs. When I first arrived at Novus of Redmond to get my windshield replaced from rock damage, the business was super busy. Cye personally greeted me, and with great patience walked me through every step of the process. Cye handled locating an OEM windshield for my 2026 RAV4 Woodland within minutes even after the Toyota dealership I work for stated they were not available and on backorder. The windshield was obtained in 24 hours and subsequently installed meticulously by a very talented technician whose name I unfortunately did not get. A big shout out to the office manager Piotr, who was very pleasant to work with during the process. Thanks again Cye, I will certainly be a returning customer if I need to. “I hope anyone reading this takes this as very high praise- I am not the type to write reviews. I called this shop at 9 am because I had a coolant leak. I spoke with Jose who immediately made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He offered me an 11 am appointment (same day is insane) and recommended I have the car towed to avoid engine damage. He asked that I give them a call when it was on the way and had me squared away in about 5 whole minutes.

As promised, I gave them a call when the tow truck was on the way and spoke with Daisy. She explained the entire process to me, got my info, and told me to keep an eye on my email. Not only did I have a quote by 11:15, I also had a text advising me of the estimate. The pricing here in PHENOMENAL, it would’ve easily cost me three times as much if I’d have taken it anywhere else. Two hours later, I got a call saying that not only were my repairs were complete, but outlining the issue and the steps they took, and confirming the estimate was the final price. To recap, I had an appointment and repairs done in 3 hours. That’s INSANE. I’m absolutely blown away.

On top of stellar service, everyone was so incredibly nice and personable. It is so refreshing to feel like you can trust someone in a moment of uncertainty and vulnerability and I don’t take that lightly.

I cannot recommend them highly enough or sing more loudly the praises of Jose, Daisy, and everyone involved. You’ve got a customer for life.”

“I have an older car, 18 years, and for several years I have wanted to have it detailed. Well, I picked the best for sure. And as the title of their business states, they pay attention to the details. So happy with the over all appearance and their thoroughness. The little scratch marks behinds the driver's door hand (18 years of wear after all) completely gone. When I went to the gas station the next day, even the area behind the door to the gas cap was clean. The oxidization of the hood gone, and I had them address the yellowing headlights. The body of the vehicle looks like a brand new car without the payments of course. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and I definitely appreciated the use of a loaner car. You will definitely be pleased with the results and your investment in preserving the value of your vehicle.”

“Towed my 2015 Honda Odyssey to Plateau Motors at night due to engine light flashing, dropped the key. On the following day, folks got my engine diagnosis and quickly found the #3 spark worn out. They gave me a call and told me detail cost upfront and helped me replace all 6 sparks, and waved my oils change. The whole process was smooth. Nice job!”

He was upfront and thorough with every diagnostic detail — walked us through exactly what was found, what was replaced, and why, instead of just handing us a vague summary. When we raised concerns about the vehicle's remaining warranty coverage, he took the extra step of submitting an extended coverage request to GM on our behalf without us having to push for it. Communication was clear and honest throughout, even when the news wasn't simple. “I would highly recommend this shop! I originally had my BMW check engine light diagnosed at another place, where they told me I needed to replace a part and quoted me nearly $2,000.

I decided to get a second opinion here, and they initially quoted me around $900 for parts, labor, and tax—which was already much more cheaper. But what impressed me even more was that when I actually brought my car in, they took the time to properly inspect it and found that I didn’t need the replacement at all. A part was simply stuck, preventing the shutter from opening. They fixed the issue and only charged me $170.
