“Took my car here to change the differential fluid on my 2016 Subaru Forester. I would normally do this work myself as I'm picky about who works on my cars. I needed a hydraulic lift to get access to the over-tightened fill plug. Jeffrey was super helpful and thorough. With the help of another mechanic, he was able to remove the stuck bolt, drain and refill the differential fluid, and tighten the bolts to the proper spec. A non-nonsense and efficient place to get some work done on your car.”

“I want to call out Mercedes Crary for consistent exceptional service. We are not related, I do not know her from anywhere other than picking up my prescriptions at the Mercer Island Rite Aid. After 10 years using Walgreen's and growing frustrations and numerous bad experiences I switched to Rite Aid 2 years ago. Ms. Crary has been one of the primary reasons I am so grateful and appreciative of having made the move. The service and delivery of Rite Aid is so much more reliable and timely and consistent but greatly enhanced by Ms. Crary's tenacity in exploring best pathways to get the best costs. My family fills numerous every 30 day prescriptions but the insurance companies constantly change what they are willing to pay for or the rates. Ms. Crary happily works with me to compare GoodRX or AARP or several other co-pay providers and we/she frequently discovers that running the invoice through a different provider can save me substantial money. She is never too impatient to cancel the initial charge and restart from scractch to submit payment sources to secure the lowest cost. I really appreciate her professionalism and understanding and knowledgeable assitstance.”

“There's a hero who work at this Walgreens, and he is in the photo department! Sir, I can't remember your name, but when we needed late night last minute photos for passports taken, we called and Walgreens answered on a random Tuesday evening! Upon arrival, the photo backdrop was ready and not even 12 minutes later we walked out with printed passport ready photos when we'd arrived 15 minutes before the store closed, you made our night and our trip! Thank you, Walgreens. You get my gold star!”

“Definitely understaffed at times, but I must say these blokes do a proper job of taking care of everyone, treating people like human beings and such. Funny story, I once caused a bit of a stir, accusing them of having shorted me on a prescription. They kindly offered to let me see the security cam footage! Turned out I was mistaken. Loved how professional and customer-oriented they were about it.Of course everyone leaving a review here has some grievance. But having been here 10+ times, I find the staff unusually kind and solution-oriented. So 5/5”
