“Anytime we've needed to look for a new appliance, Metropolitan Appliance is our go to store to do so. We find that the overall customer service and the knowledge of the employees about the actual products surpasses those we've interacted with at Home Depot and Lowes.On top of that, their delivery service team is top notch. We recently got our new fridge and oven delivered and the space that the delivery team had to work around was very tight and there were a good number of complications that the team had to work through. The team removed whatever they needed to even though it ended up extending the job way past the estimated time. Most importantly though, they maintained a positive and friendly attitude the entire time. A special shoutout here to both Kyree and DJ for an A+ delivery experience!”

“Christine and Cici were fantastic to work with. Our previous experience with contractors has typically been weeks if not months between an onsite estimate and work actually starting. Christine and Cici gave us a fair price, and was ready to start work the same week. Their crew came to work all day Saturday to have our project finished before Christmas. They were communicative throughout the project, messaging us every morning to let us know when their crew would arrive. Their work was excellent, and they were very respectful of our space and cleaned up their work at the end of each day. Even one of his crew asked us to work an extra hour one evening after everyone had left just to set up the morning crew in a better position for the following day. We even asked for additional work last minute at the end of our project and they were happy to accommodate us. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. We've had a lot of work done on our home under different people, and I wish I could say those experiences were as positive as what we had with ABS Seattle. “We had an amazing experience here. They helped us try the different flavors of vinegar and oils via a quick tasting. And, the customer service was exceptional. We got home and immediately opened our vinegars and oils.We picked; date bacon vinegar, red onion balsamic, Tuscan herbs evoo, and Novello evoo. We love each one but I think date bacon is my favorite!”

“We used Cabinet Works for our new kitchen remodel. We had a design but Jonas, the owner, brought some great design ideas that we incorporated. We were interested in using CW because they tout using all plywood construction for their cabinets, which we really wanted after having cheap Ikea cabinets made of particle board. CW is an old-school shop and makes everything by hand. The quality is great and they did all of the detailing as we wanted. Their installer, Vald, did a terrific job with the installation and really helped us get it right. I would ask for him as your installer. We are pleased with how things turned out and it met our budget.”

“We did a full kitchen remodel with Luxe team. The hours of design that Leah and the owner Leon spent on us and eing patient throughout the number of changes we suggested is quite commendable and very accomodative. Products are great quality and they took feedback very well and acted on it, like some of our custom pullouts had some gaps and such and they immediately took care of them and redid the whole thing. We used quartzite for our wet bar and a full wall granite, which was very neatly installed and the seams are almost invisible. Overall super happy with Luxe and would highly recommend.”

“ENDORSED BY AN INTERIOR DESIGNER!Don't get me wrong, this place has limited cabinet finish options and sizes, and is certainly not a high end showroom feel, but they have amazing prices that are hard to beat. You have to know something about kitchen design and what you want before you go - and be prepared for a lot of back and forth. I visited once to see the cabinets and counters, and to take samples. The rest I did over email and Katrina was quick and efficient over my many requests. Having never used Pius before, I was glad of the opportunity to test them out on one of my own projects - a triplex needing 3 new kitchens - and they were all different. I am very impressed that the cabinets are made of furniture grade plywood, the stone was precisely cut on site (never seen that before!) and it was all installed really well. I stayed onsite all day for the installation and this was important to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.In the event, a couple of things got changed around during installation, leaving a couple of cabinets redundant and Pius gave me a refund for these no problem. They even picked them up for me. I would have no problem recommending this place, as long as you are very clear in what you want and are prepared to spend some time on the design and the installation. I would use these cabinets and counters for clients on a budget.Great job - thank you Pius!Abode Consulting.”

“If you want cheap and good enough, go to Home Despot. If you want beautiful and stylish, this is the place. Think of the Kohler store as the Garanimals of bathroom accessories...there are many design style groups and the designs match within that group so you cannot go wrong by picking all the items in the same design style group. This is my second bathroom remodel using the Kohler store. I'm paying a premium by buying here but I'd rather pay a little extra for something nicer that I'll enjoy for many years.”
