“I just want to say a huge thanks to Mannie, Gene, Jake, and Button( hope I spelled the names correct) for getting me all fixed up a few weeks ago. My rig was lacking sound with the "so called" premium set up it had coming from the dealership. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. Very knowledgeable in the industry having grandfathered amps plastered on the wall taking you back in time to the latest systems you can dream of. Showed me around the shop with all the set ups they had and took care of me like I was one of their own brothers. Prices couldn't be beat nowhere, but i can't put into words the hospitality they shared with the excellent customer service. I came from many zip codes away, and it was so worth the extra commute.”
“Ben really knows his stuff and I absolutely recommend his services.
Experience: I walked into the store to check out a pair of speakers, making it clear that I was mainly there to learn more about speakers and might not actually buy anything. Ben still spent a lot of time with me, patiently explaining differences and even demoing much higher-end gear (like the KEF Blades). At no point did I feel any sales pressure.
Price: He managed to get me a better price than any online store for both my speakers and streamer.
Post-sales experience: He was very prompt with replies even after the sale and even added a complimentary set of wires, plugs, and Blu Tack.
In an era dominated by online shopping, very few stores step up their service to justify price differences — Olson’s manages to do both. I was also impressed by the rest of the staff, who were clearly passionate and very helpful.

“Good luck finding better car audio products made in the U.S. for the value. One of the very few companies that care more about the product & customer satisfaction than the bottom line. Ya get your money's worth & can talk to English speaking car audio fanatics for help. I've been in car audio as a hobby for 33+ years, I'll never use any other brand. The only problems I ever had was bluetooth & I believe they got that taken care of.”
“I went into the T-Mobile store expecting the usual phone upgrade headache and instead got one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Toren, the manager, phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable, an absolute menace on the touchscreen. He made the whole process smooth, easy, and honestly kind of enjoyable, which is saying something when talking about phone plans.

I came into T-Mobile to take care of getting a new Sim card activated on my account, and Jayden waited on me. I must say, he's fast, knowledgeable, and knows exactly what he's doing!! He doesn't waste your time, messing around in the backroom, or chatting up other colleagues when you are front and center. He's extremely professional and courteous, and goes the extra mile!!
It's hard to find this kind of service, these days, as many people in customer service are robotic zombies, NOT Jayden. He's engaged, a good listener, he executes the task with precision, these are ALL THINGS I look for in a good customer service representative. I would highly recommend Jayden services to anyone seeking to troubleshoot phone issues. He's the MAN! The OG of solving telecom/cell phone problems! He should be promoted, and given a raise! He deserves it! Why? He's hard working, and has a great work ethic and is an asset to the T-MOBILE brand.”

“Overall a very clean and friendly store but please relieve the U-scan clerk of stress by having them only work at U-scan, and not run another check stand simultaneously. These staff and hour cuts post holidays do nothing but cause stress for front end staff which leads to slower checkout times and displaced frustration. It is not employees fault, they are very friendly and do their best!”

“Really great experience here, had a difficult fix on my MSI gaming laptop where the computer port wouldn't charge and I really needed the laptop for work. Walked in at noon on a Saturday and literally got a call at 5pm the laptop was fixed, I couldn't believe it. Amazing quality fix too no issues, required solder which almost no one does. Now this shop is my go to for fixes, incredibly honest guy too with fair prices and very talented. Will recommend to others”
