“Sooooo this store had me by the balls on a technicality with two OLED switches I bought. One was great but the other had bad connector pins on the body do the switch and was really janky. They could have told me to go pound sand but instead they met with me, we talked, and they helped me out big time. Big shout out to Emily and Anthony!”

My rig was lacking sound with the "so called" premium set up it had coming from the dealership. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. “Ben really knows his stuff and I absolutely recommend his services.
Experience: I walked into the store to check out a pair of speakers, making it clear that I was mainly there to learn more about speakers and might not actually buy anything. Ben still spent a lot of time with me, patiently explaining differences and even demoing much higher-end gear (like the KEF Blades). At no point did I feel any sales pressure.
Price: He managed to get me a better price than any online store for both my speakers and streamer.
Post-sales experience: He was very prompt with replies even after the sale and even added a complimentary set of wires, plugs, and Blu Tack.
In an era dominated by online shopping, very few stores step up their service to justify price differences — Olson’s manages to do both. I was also impressed by the rest of the staff, who were clearly passionate and very helpful.

“Good luck finding better car audio products made in the U.S. for the value. One of the very few companies that care more about the product & customer satisfaction than the bottom line. Ya get your money's worth & can talk to English speaking car audio fanatics for help. I've been in car audio as a hobby for 33+ years, I'll never use any other brand. The only problems I ever had was bluetooth & I believe they got that taken care of.”

“Ian was really kind and patient, very chill, and never rushed us even though we were there very close to closing on a sunny Sunday. He kindly answered all of my mom's questions about her new iPhone 17, showed her how to find the search bar, close apps, etc., and graciously listened to her story about how much nicer he was than the manager at another T-Mobile location. I think it's lovely that his customer service led with humanity. I really appreciated how respectful and kind he was to my mother. I'm glad this is my neighborhood location. ?”
“Overall a very clean and friendly store but please relieve the U-scan clerk of stress by having them only work at U-scan, and not run another check stand simultaneously. These staff and hour cuts post holidays do nothing but cause stress for front end staff which leads to slower checkout times and displaced frustration. It is not employees fault, they are very friendly and do their best!”

“Went to the lynnwood location across from big buy and a gentleman by the name of Seth helped me with my broken phone and my upgrade to the S26 Galaxy. He was amazing and I would definitely go back to him if he didn't, or was unsure of the answer. He found out right then. And let me know. “Genesis is an amazing manager. Today I was in there while a customer was drunk and belligerent saying his internet was not working which it was and saying his calls weren’t working which they were she gave him multiple other options. I came to the conclusion he was drunk she called security and he was asked to leave. She made me feel safe and comfortable and took care of that customer very respectfully for the disrespect they were carrying. She definitely deserves a raise.

“Its not Shady-Eleven. Due to the large amount of people using this location its a perfect place to get your gas station food fix. Usually fresh food (its still a gas station). Make your food selections like Indiana Jones and choose wisely. If you do you will continue to live, if not you will most likely turn into a pile of dust and bones. Staff here is friendly and quick and will help you save money when there are deals on your purchases. Store is also clean and they have interesting overseas items. Sometimes items are sold out.”
“The Woodinville Target is my favorite Target location to visit. Crumbl Cookies is right next door, so we often grab some cookies on our way out before heading home.”
