“We came to the Edmonds store for assistance in finalizing unlocking our phone after having paid everything off. Even though Michael was ultimately unable to help us unlock the phone having tried the online option, they were immensely helpful and professional.
Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience with the Lynnwood store at the mall who were downright rude when we called them this morning. I would rate the Lynnwood store’s customer service as abominable. Why would we continue to pay $500/month for this type of service?
Overall, I highly recommend the Edmond store for your service and strongly advise you avoid the Edmonds store. For context, this is the first bad review I’ve posted online in my entire life.”

Reasonable prices, friendly staff. I value expediency, skill & reasonable prices for services rendered so, even if they were just meh & not friendly, honestly I'd be cool with it.
Needed battery change for Samsung Galaxy S23+. Battery was swollen & over heating. Reasonable prices. Went in, paid for it. Took a day to order battery. Day after that, I went in and they swapped it out on the spot, no more than 10 minutes. In and out. It's May 2026 & phone still going strong. No more overheating, phone freezing or any issues at all. 10/10 for me.”

But you get brand spanking new phones here for similar or better prices!It's a small shop tucked away around a corner with mostly "permit only" parking but don't let all that deter you.While in line, I met Vitaly, a loyal customer has bought all his phones in the past 8 years from Chavez. “Genesis is an amazing manager. Today I was in there while a customer was drunk and belligerent saying his internet was not working which it was and saying his calls weren’t working which they were she gave him multiple other options. I came to the conclusion he was drunk she called security and he was asked to leave. She made me feel safe and comfortable and took care of that customer very respectfully for the disrespect they were carrying. She definitely deserves a raise.

I had been dealing with a billing issue that went unresolved for several months, despite speaking with multiple representatives over the phone.
