“Tyler was extremely helpful when I came in with an issue. I went to the Everett AT&T location twice before this and they kept messing up my order for the new iPhone 15. I placed my order back in September and at the end of October I received a text that my order canceled when it should have shipped. Went back in to the store to find out the girl that helped me the first time put all of my information into the system incorrectly. It was just a mess. Once I went to this location, Tyler was quick to solve the issue and did everything perfectly. I got my new phone 2 days later!! I definitely recommend going to him for any help you need!!”

“I usually hate going into phone stores. This time I was pleasantly surprised when I got to this store. The first person I spoke with was Rocky and he was knowledgeable, listened to what I needed and got me a new phone quickly. No one likes waiting for ever with these things. He said I would need to get the numbers from my old carrier and port over in the morning. So, I came back and worked with Toren. Another great experience from another knowledgeable and expedient person. (Should I buy a lotto? ) Anyway, great service and easy to work with.”
