I needed a replacement screen and the manager, Nick was kind enough to stick around after closing to repair my phone (I Had called ahead prior to arrival) even when I had told him I didn't need it tonight. “I worked with Noor (apologies for any misspelling!), who didn't try once but three times, to find me the correct glass front for the Samsung note 10+, because most of the local sellers were using a screen with a weird bezel instead of extending from edge to edge. He went out of his way to try to find the right screen replacement, going as far as ordering a replacement out of country, and he walked me through the process so I understood in layman's terms what he was doing and why. He was a really down to earth guy to chat with and was very personable and easy going. I walked out with a perfect note 10+ screen replacement and highly recommend using them.”
