“Great book store right beside board game store. Lots of book recommendations from people who work there. Prices are higher, about double than if you bought it online.”
“If there was a Milo working at every book store, civilization wouldn’t be light-speed-spiraling toward Idiocracy. Milo spent a lot of time offering suggestions for my requests and sharing vast, non-judgmental knowledge. There’s something here for all. Also, their shirts go to 11. I am sad I didn’t get to meet Elvira, top seniority canine, but I love that Giant Nerd has a shop dog. Such a pleasure to visit. Many thanks, Milo!”
“Went in on date day with the wife, she was looking for a book, though we did not find it, the team brought out a few people to help just us, above and beyond. Thank you!
We were able to find a Bible for our teen age daughter. Over all good date day.”
“Cute bookshop!! Great selection of children's books. A few adult books but a decent selection. I would have preferred some more adult books, but they're primarily a children's bookshop. The staff was very nice. Parking is tricky, but it's in a neat area. May go back for a kid's gift as I like to shop local but I would buy adult books as well. Hoping they will expand that a bit.”
“Anytime I'm in Spokane I stop at the zag shop to get my Gonzaga gear You know being in Minnesota it's kind of hard to getting but I couldn't spoke to him once a year so I can get some”

“AWESOME Religious Supply Store! Friendly Staff and Great Atmosphere! A little out of the way, but TOTALLY worth it! My favorite shop in Spokane! It's a Treat to get to go Kaufers! HIGHLY recommended! 5 Stars only because I can't give more!”
“I love coming to faithful chocolates. I am able to get books and bible puzzle games chocolates and coffee. The coffee was a hit with a friend of the person who received the gift. Defiantly going back for more.”

“This is a wonderful store! If you are looking for Deseret Book products, this is an affiliate store. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and even people just looking for Christian-related items will find so many nice items here. Another great thing is, if you don't see something in store or you wanted something off of the Deseret Book website, they can order it for you and have it shipped to the store so you don't have to worry about shipping costs!”

“Love the Traditional Latin Mass! Beautiful chapel very spiritually uplifting. And holy place. Thank you To the Most sacred heart of Jesus and the Immaculate. Heart of Mary. Great place.”
“I appreciate the clearance section of this store and the sizeable classics section, but 5 pm is not a convenient closing time for most people. I usually feel rushed when I'm shopping here.”
“Great place to get all kinds of games. They are pretty much up to date on new games. Awesome array of calendars!! They have from scenery and funny ones to serious bible passages. Fun place to go to check out all the new stuff coming out! The people that work there are nice and helpful. They know where stuff is and if they don't have something that you are looking for they will direct you to somewhere else! Which is great so you aren't running all over town!!”
“Great place to find arts & crafts. Along with a huge selection of games for everyone. Whether it's a newer game that recently came out or classics like Uno. This includes different variations of certain games.”
“Swung by with my family in the evening on 6/12 for some shopping. The bookstore customer service was awesome as always and we were able to find all of the fun, funky things we were looking for. Unfortunately we had an absolutely rude barista with a bad attitude, chip on her shoulder, and would absolutely not listen. The two managers it took to return my café transaction were lovely with extremely positive attitudes. Our Booktender who checked us out was also a delight. Barista, do better. It's customer service, and that was horribly lacking.”
“walked into this toy store expecting to buy a few Pokémon cards and maybe a plushie for my emotional support anxiety. What I didn’t expect was to meet a beautiful Mexican boy who changed the trajectory of my mortal existence. His smile had the gravitational pull of Jupiter and the warmth of a thousand LEGO Star Wars sets.
I don’t even like toys anymore — I just go there every day now to bask in his radiant presence and pretend I need another board game. I’ve achieved a kind of enlightenment between the Funko Pops and the Nerf blasters. Five stars. Would reincarnate here again.”
“Long haired owner/cashier was awesome! Very knowledgeable. Really good prices too!
Don't let the prissy snobs put you down... will always recommend your shop!”
“I've driven past this a number of times and finally stopped in today. I'm so glad I did! What a lovely little shop with fantastic prices, "Millwood prices, not Spokane prices". The owner Greg is so kind! I treated my daughter to an ice cream cone (only $2 for a generous serving size) and we got some homemade chocolate chip cookies to take home (3/$1).They also offer soups, sandwiches, and drinks! In addition to all the wonderful food and drinks they have a great selection of used books, finger puppets, art made by one of the other owners, etc. You've gotta stop by and experience this lovely chunk of heaven in Millwood!”
