These folks were super informative over the phone, were able to get me scheduled quickly, And just made me feel comfortable, taking my dog there for the first time. It was really important that I found a place that did not put the groomed dogs and kennels so I was delighted to see their whole set up for making dogs feel comfortable and open kennel environments, and they put a lot of thought into being able to segment more anxious dogs or defensive and reactionary dogs in different areas. Whole staff is just wonderful. I’ll be coming there again and again for my dog and couldn’t recommend it more.
