404 South Pines Road, Spokane ValleyWe brought our cat, Cosmo, here and received the heartbreaking news that he had feline leukemia and was too sick to be saved. As devastating as that news was, the compassion everyone showed us meant more than we can express.
The facility was extremely clean, and every person we encountered was kind and caring. The veterinarian took the time to explain Cosmo’s condition and even cried with us. That genuine compassion is something we will never forget.
Thank you for treating Cosmo and our family with such tenderness during one of our hardest moments. We wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary team.

She absolutely loved going to daycare! Seeing how excited she was to go made us feel so good about leaving her there. There’s nothing better than knowing your dog is not only safe and well cared for, but is genuinely happy and having a great time.
She also went through training at K9 Country Club, and we were so pleased with her experience and progress. We’ve also had her groomed there, and she always came home looking absolutely adorable!
What really stands out to us is how much the staff genuinely cares about the dogs. We always felt confident that our girl was in kind, capable, and loving hands. That peace of mind means so much when you’re trusting someone with a beloved member of your family.
K9 Country Club has been such a positive part of our Mini Bernedoodle’s life, from daycare and training to grooming. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care they’ve given her and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for a place that will truly care about their dog.

My cats loved our pet sitter Robyn from the second they met her during the initial consultation. She was very communicative throughout the whole process, and I loved getting her updates every day during my trip (via text and email). But her commitment and care for my pets really came through during the fires in August - she drove into the evacuation zone to get the cats out before the roads closed, and kept them at her own house overnight until my family could come pick them up. I will definitely be using them every time I need to go out of town.

Flavor was amazing, everything cooked well. The spice was so delicious! My fiancés family is Cambodian so we eat a whole lot of spicy food and honestly a 3 star was a reasonable amount of spice for me. Also, the owner and daughter came out with the food and they were both so kind. They ran back in to grab my dog treats and were welcoming of any feedback whether it would be good or bad. We won't be going anywhere else for Thai after trying this! And thankfully now my fiance will eat Thai with me. Only bummer was that I'd ordered a 4 oz container of spicy fish sauce but it was missed in the order. Was excited to try it but we'll still be back!

Falafel were fresh and delicious, and there were lots of gluten-free options.
Service was a little slow, but the food was being made, and there was only one waitstaff, but she was so sweet and accommodating. We really couldn’t complain.

I have really enjoyed their sandwiches, and every now and then will get one of their daily salads or soups and have not been disappointed.
I will note they are priced a little in the high side. Also, sometimes there seems to be communication issues, as I have been in and people waiting a while before me are still waiting when I get my order. Or the reverse. Not sure, just not very efficient.

Their electronic wait list was very convenient and the host was very attentive at making sure there was proper seating for all of us as we needed sturdy chairs for our elderly guests. The food was very good and I wish they weren't out of the bacon fat popcorn as I had wanted to try it! The ability to sit outside with everyone was so nice and helped us create a great memory with all our family. My husband said the Cuban was delicious and I enjoyed the tri tip steak. Would come again if it wasn't so far from home.

Loving Paws Pet Loss Center
9624 East Montgomery Avenue Suite 101, Spokane ValleyWe used Peace for Pets for an at-home euthanasia for our 13.5 year old pup, Marley, 10 days ago, and they coordinated everything for us with Loving Paws (which I chose because they do aquamation). I appreciated how Loving Paws came to pick her up in a clean SUV, and the gentleman (I'm sorry I forgot his name) never made us feel rushed with anything. I also thought it was incredibly kind of him to ask if Marley liked driving with the windows down (which she always loved) and if there was any particular music we wanted played for her. We didn't know what to pick since we listen to all kinds of music and wasn't expecting that question, so my husband said some Bob Marley. He played Three Little Birds with the windows down and just a small little detail meant a lot to us. I was able to pick Marley up today and really appreciated the wording of the text letting me know she was ready to come home. Thank you for making a heartbreaking time for us a little bit easier.
