Now, when we pull into the parking lot, Rosie actually gets excited! She always comes home smelling amazing, feeling super soft, and with her nails perfectly trimmed. They saw us immediately and were so kind and caring. unfortunately, our dog was too ill to be helped and had to be put down. I moved to the Coeur d'Alene area recently. The veterinarian that I left was absolutely wonderful I had been with them for over 20 years. You couldn't ask for a better veterinarian's office staffed with caring kind doctors and vet techs. I reached out on a post and asked for recommendations and was given three different places with high votes. The first one I went to was fine. The vet was more than capable but the front desk staff was like robots. So the second one I went to was Prairie Animal Hospital and honest to goodness, it is everything my last veterinarian's office was, only more busy LOL very engaging staff and doctors. They get back to you they do follow-ups they make room for you in their schedules I mean you know, you're greeted when you first walk in. If I could give him 10 Stars I would.

Ended up he was autoimmune in distress with several other internal issues. Griz came in my life as a 5 week baby in 2020. fast became my emotional support animal. We were together everyday. Him suffering was breaking my heart the staff was very understanding and allowed me to say my goodbyes. He fell asleep and went in peace. I am so grateful for the compassion and gentleness with which they cared for Griz and our family.

I also wanted to highlight our server Trinity, she had made us feel so welcome and cared for during our experience. Never did we have to worry about asking for refills she was already on it. She was also quick to help us clear our plates when we were done with our appetizers. The bathroom was very clean and so was the rest of the lobby.
I appreciate the tint on the windows as it blocks a lot of the sunlight but still keeps the room feeling open. It was nice to have some sun shining in and it made the lobby feel a lot larger. We had the beef Bulgogi and at this point we may be addicts for it. We will definitely be back :)

This sweet, hardworking individual was named Dillan (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). She was wonderful. Anyone who has worked in the food/customer service industry knows that going through a rush alone or short staffed is not an easy task. This girl paced herself beautifully and took each customer one at a time. That kind of work ethic is extremely hard to find. This business probably made more in sales today saving on labor costs, but unecessarily (and rudely) stressed one girl out to the max. Instead, for the future, invest in her and the staff - if there is a busy season is coming - prepare for it and staff those days correctly and appropriately. Juneteeth, Father's Day, and the summer season is coming up, I'm positive that will all be busy. Also a lot of missed profit happened today because customers didn't want to wait in line (no fault to Dillan, she was, again, working extremely hard). Dillan deserves some form of monetary recognition. She worked very hard today for this business.
For Dillan, if you ever see this and read it, I'm sorry your evening was rough. You really should be proud of yourself, through and through. I hope you still had time today to spend with your family.
