“Went there today at the recommendation of a collision center that could not help me. Man came out and look at my problem and then went and got a second person to figure out what could be done. They spent some time looking at my after market product and thought that it wouldn’t cause a problem to use. They were great and then went in and wished me well. I went in to ask if I could pay them for their time. They both said no and wished me well. Truly a great experience . If I ever need anything they handle I will go back for sure.”

“Very honest, quick, and knowledgeable! Drew and Quintin are both incredibly honest, intelligent, and clearly know what they’re doing. It’s not always easy to find a car place you can truly trust, but these guys are straightforward, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!”

“I'm pretty sure I came here from a YouTube video. It was about a BMW that was all muddy. I do want you to know they only showed your place for the review so I can find it for only about 20 seconds so it was difficult to actually find this but here's five stars like they said to give.”

“The Rebuilder has helped many times over the years with my classics to keep them on the road. Today, Friday January 2nd, The Rebuilder was in the shop and was able to rebuild my W200 alternator within an hour so that I didn't have to make the trek back and all for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Why buy new and risk installation and belt alignment issues when you can easily rebuild.”

“My 2018 BMW X5 is used for long trips primarily. After 5 of these 3000 miles plus trips, it needed some serious TLC. The car had 2 door dings and a damage PPF in the front. The engine bay was also very dirty from the long trips. I had Diamond Detail address everything, my car came back as if it just rolled off showroom floor in 2018. Diamond Detail did a superb job.”

“I brought my truck in to isolate a new noise that my truck began making. They were very thourough in their inspection and isolated it to my transmission. It was not the news that I wanted but I trust their evaluation based on my research prior. I have some big decisions to make going forward and I expect them to play a part in them. I've done my own repairs but am unable to anymore so after other flakey mechanics, I hope I have found a new go to. They care and follow up with you, making sure that you're satisfied with their service. Sam and Mark understand customer service and I will be back”

“I don't normally do reviews unless im overly impressed with the quality of service. I have 2012 GMC Sierra that had eye sore damage in a very unusual area on the back corner part of the cab. Collision 1 in Auburn Washington did an amazing job fixing my truck. They went above and beyond my expectations. I thought about buying a new truck because of the damaged area that it was in. but, who can afford a new vehicle these days? So i decided to spend $8,000 to fix my truck in lue of $80,000 for a new one. Brandon is the manager there. A very straight up honest guy. He shows his excitement to fix your car the minute you meet him. His whole team there are professionals and do exceptional work. Leadership has alot to do with that. When I got my truck back today I felt like I had bought a brand new truck again minus being in debt for $72,000. Thank you Brandon and the whole team at Collison 1. You all earned my loyalty in the future.”

“This place is awesome. Why would you go anywhere else. I've been to quite a few of these places around Pierce County and this is my favorite. The people here really go above and beyond to show respect for their customers and I like that. Their manager gets a 10/10 from me and so do his employees.”

“I highly recommend Del Toro. We needed a new car ASAP. We bought our last car from Del Toro a few years ago so we knew they were great people. We worked with Rebecca and she was WONDERFUL! She was not at all overbearing. In fact, just the opposite. She showed us cars that fit our needs and price range. We found a great car and got an unbelievable low interest rate. The entire car buying process from test drive to leaving took less than 3 hours. See if that happens at a big dealership. It won't. We drove an hour and a half to go to Del Toro and we will do it next time we need a car as well.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Updated Review: I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars because Advanced Auto Care completely turned things around. Josh spent extra time diagnosing my car, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right. The staff was friendly, honest, and professional — it’s rare to find service this thorough. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!”

Premier Automotive Services, 25009 Pacific Highway South, Kent WA 98032
“I have been a customer of Premier Automotive for many years, and they are always a pleasure to work with. They are thorough with their diagnostics and never push tasks that are not completely necessary at the time. I had a complete engine replacement done with them, and when the check engine light came on a week later, they replaced it with a new one because the 1st one installed was bad, which was to no fault of theirs. I am always confident that the work they perform on my vehicles has been done correctly.”
1901 Auburn Way North, Auburn WA 98002
“Had a leak in my line lock and they took care of it no problem. Kept it overnight to make sure everything was ship shape and I got the car back first thing in the morning. Great work and great service, I’ll definitely be back in the future!”

“These guys got me on and out in about an hour and a half. Definitely would recommend these guys to friends and family. Price better than any transmission I spoke with as well.”

“I go for the new one and immediately the mileage has been improved by 20% for my Honda Accord. The job was not smooth at first, because a warning (TCS) light was shown on the dashboard, however the team helped reset it with their scanner tool. The manager, David is easy to work with and problem solving oriented. One suggestion, if the battery is new, I would expect a manual and proof of new batteries are in the enclosure, that makes the purchase a peace of mind. It is not available.”

“We have had service done at West Coast for several years and have had courteous and professional service with good results on our trucks resolving issues on a timely manner and reasonable prices. Always willing to guarantee work performed.”
