They even fixed my heat cover that was loose for awhile, free of cost. they genuinely care about making sure your car is 100%! my car runs so smooth and sounds so much better.”

“TRIPLE WOW! I recently bought a new BMW X5, and decided I wanted to have a full, long lasting Ceramic Coating applied to the vehicle along with Paint Protection Film for the entire front of the SAV (BMW for SUV) to include the A pillars, and the windshield header. The ceramic product I wanted to use is made by a company called Gtechniq with a nine year warranty; I had seen their ads in the BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche club magazines. My thoughts were that if they were appealing to that car buying demographic the product must be good. I found four different Gtehniq certified installers within 25 miles of my residence and requested a quote from each. The quotes also included the installation of the afore mentioned PPF.So here's the deal, Jake at FX Pro, hands down gave me the best price. And, we all know, sometimes that may mean the cheapest work product. WITHOUT ANY QUESTION, JAKE AND HIS TEAM DID A JOB THAT WAS BEYOND EXCELLENT! Let me say it again BEYOND EXCELLENT! They covered every area I had anticipated they would, and then protected some pieces I hadn't even considered. The ceramic coating feels like glass when I run my hand across the surface. They removed the wheels and applied the coat on both the face and back of each, plus they applied a coating to the brake calipers. My whole experience working with Jake and Patty (scheduler and office manager) was a FANTASTIC experience.Side note: The truck had only 550 miles on it. When they moved it out of the installation area to the front of the shop to deliver it to me, it popped a "Check Engine Lamp." Jake called me before I got to FX Pro and explained that the lamp had come on and he offered to pay for the fix. WHO DOES THAT! Only a guy that stands behind what he does.
