I feel so lucky to have found Jori and his team. He is straight forward, fair, and honest. We've taken all 4 of our vehicles to him for service over the years (2 Toyotas, a Subaru, and a Ford). Thanks for all your expertise.”
“I think I’ve left a review before but I had to come back to say again how wonderful Paolo and his team are. I have been bringing my car in for at least 6 years and every single interaction I’ve had is a good one. Specifically today my car was broken into and Paolo gave me so many options as to how I could get my windows fixed despite the shop being closed throughout the weekend. This in addition to the fact Car Tender was one of the first calls I made because I knew I would immediately and very kindly be taken care of. I have never felt hassled to spend more than was necessary; have always been given a clear understanding of the issues with my car and how they may be effecting the vehicle; and feel the staff are respectfully personal in their care. I genuinely look forward to going into the office when I come. I could not recommend them enough.”

“I had a really excellent experience with Aurora Clutch. My clutch failed unexpectedly and my car was stalled. Derek talked me through how to safely drive to his shop, which honestly made a stressful situation manageable.
He was kind, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He fixed the clutch the very next day and even gave me a ride home, which was above and beyond. His pricing was fair and reasonable.

“I can’t say enough good things about Lamorna Garage. I was visiting Seattle from out of town and they were kind enough to fit me in on short notice to check my Land Rover Discovery. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. They did a very thorough inspection and truly went above and beyond. It’s immediately clear that they are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely know what they’re doing. The front office staff were amazing—friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. They kept me updated throughout the day with clear communication, which I really appreciated. I don’t have anyone local that I trust for car care, and after this experience, I will happily be driving three hours to make Lamorna Garage my regular service shop. “This guy is a total legend. Zack and his crew helped me out in a pinch. Gave me a free estimate and got to work IMMEDIATELY on my car, a 3 hour long grueling job he didn’t expect to put his team on. Decent deal including labor. It’s like this guy just runs off making sacrifices for others. Friendly, making deals, hard transparent work. “Jibran is always thorough and well knowledgeable. I came to him on a friends recommendation when a dealer messed up something and gave up. Jibran identified the issue and fixed correctly. I went back to the dealer who apologized and refunded their cost. Olympic auto is my go to now for cars and I was a customer who would always go to dealers for top quality work”

“Excellent experience! I had a persistent differential whining noise in my 2017 Mercedes-Benz G63 that was noticeable at freeway speeds. A previous shop couldn’t pinpoint the source of the issue, and even the Mercedes dealer told me it could be “multiple things” without offering a clear answer.
These guys were different — they had the right diagnostic tools and were able to accurately identify the source of the noise within just a few hours. Their expertise and efficiency saved me a lot of time and frustration. Highly recommended if you’re looking for real answers.”

Steve and Ryan will walk you through everything they’re doing and never make you feel pressured or confused. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain the issues in a way that actually makes sense, whether you know cars or not.
They’re also extremely thorough and detail-oriented, checking things I wouldn’t even think to ask about and making sure my car is genuinely safe and running well before I leave. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just the quick way.
