“We had a great experience at Mattress City thanks to Trinity. We were looking for a brick-style mattress, and Mattress City was the only store in Washington that carried what we needed. Trinity was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain the differences between the ultra-hard and brick-hard mattress options without any sales pressure.

“We just purchased our sactional through the Alderwood location and I wanted to give a huge shout out to Oyinade for all her help and guidance. When we walked in we weren't sure if we would be purchasing that day or not, but Oyinade was so helpful and made the process so easy. We felt zero pressure to make a decision on the spot. We left with a quote and an hour later made the purchase. We felt very well taken care of and the time spent showing us the construction and materials was really what sold us. “I sat on my 7 yr old EA leather couch with a putty knife in my back pocket which cut through the upholstery. EA had the complete record of my purchase and was able to match the color of the replacement cushion almost perfectly. Was it an expensive mistake on my part? Yes it was, but EA was able to get my couch back to perfect condition again and that’s the important thing. It did take them about 3 months though.”

“The location is very narrow. If you are with a 53 Fit trailer, be careful, there are a lot of parked cars. You need to arrive as indicated in the diagram. The staff is very welcoming and loads very quickly.”
