“The entire staff at Ben Bridge Alderwood was so nice, however working with Jay was the best experience ever! She was very patient and truly cared about the importance of replacing the emerald in a ring my mother bought me over 25 years ago. “This place is amazing! The folks who run it are always kind and welcoming. Everything is clean and orderly. Pricing is amazing, but sizes are quite generic. (S-M, 7-8 for shoes). There is also a place upstairs for husbands to hang out and eat snacks when wives are shopping.”
