“Wife's care had the tpms light on dash illuminated so took it in to have them check which wheel was out. They recommended the whole set be replaced and figured since car is like 15 years old those sensors were probably nearing end of life. Had them do all 4 since I didn't want to risk another failing and since I was already there might as well.
Additionally wanted them to check on an oil leak as I was not able to pinpoint where it was coming from. They found the source of the leak and gave me an estimate. It's a good chunk of change to fix the leak so something to consider whether it's new vehicle time or repair existing vehicle. I want to repair and wife wants a van.
Anyways service was really friendly and will use them for future work.”

Michael and his team did an excellent job changing my oil, transmission fluid, and they also completed the three-step service to flush out the buildup from my exhaust/muffler. “I always go to Discount Tire for my tires. This time I was finally replacing all 4 tires on my Prius. I had already decided what tires I wanted (some very high rated Yokahamas). I was able to get the them for $80 off on the Memorial Day sale. I ordered my tires online the week before my appointment. I paid less than $700 for the set, which was much better than any place else. When I got to the store, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was say that is about the best experience a person can have replacing all their tires and I have a 10 year warranty.”
“My car kept overheating and I needed it fixed right away as I was going to be leaving town in just a few days. He took my car in with no wait and finished exactly when he said he would. The shop is a little hidden, but well worth seeking out. He does good work, and is a nice guy to boot. I would heartily reccomend giving him a shot if/when you need work done on your car. I've moved out of Marysville now but if I were still living in the area I would bring my vehicles to James whenever I needed something.”

My granddaughter ran over something and did some pretty significant damage to motor mounts etc. Since it was a newer VW, the damage was crazy labor intensive and even crazier expensive from the dealer - if they could get around to it. “These guys were awesome! I had just come off of a 24-hr shift and had a 2-hr drive in front of me when my tire appeared to have a slow leak in it. They worked me in quickly, removed a nail, and repaired my tire. The kind and friendly technician (I am not sure of his title) Gary told me that the repair was complimentary. I certainly wasn't anticipating such a smooth and professional experience. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely purchase my tires from them when I am ready to replace mine.”

“I've been a loyal customer of Big O Tires for years and just realized I haven't left a review yet. Over the years, they've taken care of all our vehicles in various ways. Recently , we faced an issue where our tires were really low on air, and we discovered that the metal tire valve stems were seized on, preventing us from inflating them. Thankfully, they managed to get us in same day and had us back on the road in no time. The pricing was excellent, especially considering how much it relieved the stress of heading into the winter/holiday season with low tire pressure. It's a great place, and they'll definitely continue to have our business!”

“I came in today for a slow leak and Lauren helped me. I had to replace my tires and she was very kind, helpful, thoroughly explained my options and was very patient with me while I decided which route to take. She is a hard worker and I was impressed seeing her work on my car; very efficient. She has a personality of gold and I hope that if and when I need to bring my car in again, that she is the one to help me. Thank you, Lauren!”
