“This positing is about the Visa I received and not the branch. I will have to go into the Bellevue banch and ask the guy who helped me before with the Debit card to figure this out. The BECU form I recieved with the new Visa has a different card number on the form as that on the Visa card. It took the ee a lot of time to clean up the Debit card. Now the same thing with the Visa. The # on the form doesn't even come close to the # on the card. BECU corporate, get your act together or you farming this stuff out to people who doen't speak or understand english. This is no way to run a financial institution.”

“We have been customers of the Wells Fargo Pine Lake branch since 2012. Randi the branch manager is a real gem. She is always available to answer our questions and help us when we make updates and changes to our accounts. When we were settling an out-of-state estate for our parents, Randi helped us numerous times over many months with notary and medallion signatures. She is always friendly, fast and efficient, a real pleasure to work with. The tellers are a pleasure to work with also, they are all friendly and greet us with a hello as soon as we set one foot inside the door. If Kristin is there she will greet me with my name, she has also helped us with notary service, she a real asset to the branch. Sherman, the mortgage consultant in the branch, has provided us with great service when we needed a refi both locally and for an out of state property, making it an easy process for us.”

“I am honestly shocked at the low reviews here. My husband had all of our business accounts with US bank and the team at this branch is by far the nicest and most personal. There have been several times since the revised-procedures for Covid that I have been under-prepared (no deposit slips, forgot my account number, driving up right as they are closing (today)) and they always help with a smile. I literally have never had a bad experience here! Sad that more of their happy customers don't post, but they are worth your business!”

“I stopped into the Kirkland branch to make some changes to our accounts due to an estate plan that we have. The estate plan required FDPOA and other documents to filed to meet the requirement of the estate plan. The process did take some time work through as there were several steps that needed to be completed. Othellon worked diligently and professionally to make sure that all of the documents and requirements were accurately followed. He was very personable and had an interest in making sure that we were satisfied that our goals and expectations were met. I am a Sea CU member for the last 28 years, and the staff such as Othellon is the reason why I choose to do business with Sea CU.”

“I came in here 10 minutes to close. Usually any other bank would hurry me through. But I cashed my check and then had a question that only a manager could answer. She was happy to look up the info I needed. She held a polite conversation and acted like I was the most important person ever. I ended up resolving my issue and leaving 10 minutes after the bank had closed. It was great to see that.”

“The other customers in the store were respectful of the 6-feet guidelines for Covid, same with the staff. They had a discreet money counter and asked how much I was purchasing before verifying it, which is a big plus for me since I used to be a teller and that is what I was trained to do. I like this place, calm, efficient and got what I needed done.”

Each person was super friendly, customer service-oriented, and fast and efficient in their transaction. The environment is also open and welcoming.”

“The downtown Kirkland location is by far the best one! Whenever I call, they are quick to transfer me to the right person. They have at least one teller in the front, two experienced loan officers and two more account-related people at their desks. While doing a loan application, Peter (the manager) was very knowledgeable and honest. If he is out, there is another loan officer, Melissa, who is always willing to help and answer all questions. Overall, we felt like we were in good hands.”
