I'd had some issues getting one over the phone and after waiting 19 days for it to arrive in the mail, I decided to stop into the neighborhood center. Even though I didn't have an appointment they were able to serve me within 10 minutes of my arrival. The entire interaction was quick and efficient and I walked out with my new debit card about 20 minutes after arriving.Ironically, my other debit card arrived in the mail that day, so I just cut it up. But I think the neighborhood service center did a great job and I would definitely go back.”
