“It was an absolute joy working with Laksmi and the Valerie Madison team. I had an engagement ring idea in mind and they brought it to life. I loved the way they were very accommodating and were also able to meet my tight timeline request. There was superb communication throughout the entire process. We communicated once via video call and then mostly via email throughout the remainder of the project. When I was back and forth between a few options, Laksmi was able to give me good advice and provide example photos to give me a better idea of how things would turn out. I am very satisfied with the custumer service and my fiancée and I are both very happy with the outcome of the engagement ring. My fiancée thinks it is even better than the inspiration photos. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.”

We just picked our ring up exactly 1 week after dropping it off, exactly on time as estimated. The resizing is flawless and the ring fits perfectly and looks like it was never even altered. Incredible work and amazing staff.
