“It was an absolute joy working with Laksmi and the Valerie Madison team. I had an engagement ring idea in mind and they brought it to life. I loved the way they were very accommodating and were also able to meet my tight timeline request. There was superb communication throughout the entire process. We communicated once via video call and then mostly via email throughout the remainder of the project. When I was back and forth between a few options, Laksmi was able to give me good advice and provide example photos to give me a better idea of how things would turn out. “I love this place! The band on my mom's 65 year old diamond wedding ring broke. It was very delicate work on such thin white gold, and Hamed fixed it perfectly! His prices are very reasonable, and he had it back to me very quickly. I don't have a "before" pic, but this is the ring after.”
