“Easy process to reserve a unit online, and everything was ready and waiting when we arrived to move-in! Front office staff are friendly and helpful with the questions we had, and followed up with daily reminders (email and phone calls) in between our reservation and check-in date.”

“I had a unit at Cubes in Kirkland for several years, and it was a great experience. I enjoyed the indoor aspect, never had issues with climate control, my stuff was kept safe and damage-free the whole time. There were periodic rent increases, but that’s standard and they always came with plenty of notice. Nice to have restrooms available, large flat bed push carts, and the truck! Would recommend.”

Nicolas was extremely helpful and kind! Big thanks to him, Amy, Greg, and the rest of the team for making it a great, low-stress experience to store my things!
The parking lot, halls, and storage units are very clean. It looks like they must clean the halls pretty frequently. The indoor parking lot for loading and unloading feels very secure with a code to get into the building as well as the elevator. There are well-maintained carts for bringing things to and from the storage units. The elevators operate smoothly and quickly.

“I’m extremely appreciative for the staff that was working today.
I was downsizing to a smaller unit. When I ordered it online I was assigned a space two floors above my current unit. I asked them when I arrived if they had one on the same floor. They gladly found one and made the change without drama.
What I love is when front facing employees act happy and appear happy at work.
I haven’t always agreed with price hikes and elevators being down. But dealing with pleasant employees takes all the negatives away.
