“Tuesday before thanksgiving one of our service trucks broke down 60 miles west on I-90. Not knowing any repair shops in Spokane I had to roll the dice. WOW did I get lucky! Nef’s recommended a tow truck, who texted me three hours later they dropped off the truck, then I got a call the next day our truck was ready! Just a water pump. I explained we can’t get to town till Monday they said not to worry, they will park the truck inside.

“Walked in late one afternoon and told them my problems how my engine is puttering and my brakes were screaming and Mr. Martin said I don't need an appointment just bring it in and they can fix it for me. I dropped my van off the next morning and they did exactly only what they needed, which was awesome because any of the other garages I had taken a vehicle to would, what I felt like, was ROB ME BLIND! Not at Martins, after riding my bad brakes for so long I thought for sure I was going to need new roters, but no, they resurfaced my roters so I did not need to pay for brand new ones which was awesome! I am very pleased with thier work and honesty, but most of all the kindness and respect I recieved for customer service. PS: they also found why my engine was puttering (misfiring) and fixed that problem for me also. Thank you Martins Auto Services!”

“Definition of a mom and pop store that is unfortunately hard to find these days. These guys were friendly, helpful. I had a fender pushed back from hitting the deer and the door wouldn’t open. I drove up, asked them about repairing it. Within minutes, a repair guy was out with a bodywork spoon bending my Fender away from the door, solving the problem and wouldn’t even take money. Friendly, hard-working and should be the first place you go.”

Wrote that first part years ago. Still holds true. This is the only place I'll take my vehicles. They've always been nothing but honest. Also they are great about communicating with you.
I know they go above and beyond for their customers because I've seen it myself. My girlfriend's friend had an engine failure that was gonna be expensive. Tune Tech worked with the dealership and the manufacturer to get her back on the road pretty cheaply.
Dealing with cars sucks, but these guys make it easier.”

“every time I go to this location they are not the friendliest but as a black woman i do experience this a lot. i prefer the valvoline nearby as they are super efficient and friendly. today however I had my sisters boyfriend do an oil change on my car and he grossly overfilled it and JP helped me drain some out, didn't charge me, and educated me some on my vehicle and another vehicle of mine. seriously appreciate this man's patience and honesty with me. always ask for JP! ?”

“The first time I visited Wendle Nissan, I went in for a new battery. I sat there 3 hours because the guy I checked in with didn't write down that I was waiting, even though he asked me if I'd be waiting & I said yes. So I had to wait until their lunch was over before they would install the battery.
The 2nd time I went there it was for a recall. They informed me they may have to keep it over night. No problem. I dropped my car off & just a few short hours later they called me to tell my car was ready. The guys at Wendle are very nice & helpful & I feel safe taking my car there.”

Garrick has been working on my cars over the years as well as a ton of friends and family that I've referred to them. I always tell people that he is the most reasonably priced and kind mechanic that I've ever worked with. He always is accommodating and tries to get me in as soon as possible and never nickel and dimes me or makes every issue seem detrimental. He's very thorough and truly just cares about the safety aspects and making sure that people can get their vehicles fixed with as little anxiety as possible, financially and otherwise.

“My Jeep had a slight leak around the pulley shaft on the water pump 2 days before thanksgiving they had an appointment the day after I called lining up with the parts arrival… the part ended up being delayed but the team at tune tech called around to all the local dealerships and found one, drove to idaho to get the water pump and got the job done same day! That is good business and exceptional customer service… the guys that work there are easy to talk to and sincerely love their jobs! I have had a few things done by tune tech and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop with guys who have integrity in the work they do.”
