“The first time I visited Wendle Nissan, I went in for a new battery. I sat there 3 hours because the guy I checked in with didn't write down that I was waiting, even though he asked me if I'd be waiting & I said yes. So I had to wait until their lunch was over before they would install the battery.
The 2nd time I went there it was for a recall. They informed me they may have to keep it over night. No problem. I dropped my car off & just a few short hours later they called me to tell my car was ready. The guys at Wendle are very nice & helpful & I feel safe taking my car there.”

“Completed repair of a 2021 Tesla Model Y performance on 10/15/24. The front office staff I interacted with were Zana and Andy. Both were really wonderful and kept me abreast of what was going on every step of the way. Given there is almost no choices as to where to have a Tesla repaired in Spokane or CDA ID, one could be very worried about a shop not performing up to the Tesla repair standards. Not to worry, they repaired my Tesla with all Tesla OEM parts. I must say I am very happy with the results. I would not worry if you have a Tesla or any other car/truck. This shop has treated me with much warmth and care from the first moments on the phone to the last moments picking up the car. Zana and Andy many times have invited me to check in with them if I had any concerns or questions during the whole process. They also have multiple electric car chargers and have left my Tesla 90% charged so I could drive it home 3 hours away. Not only did they fix my front end collision they then also did a lite whole car detail before returning it to me. All in all, I am quite happy with the repair job they have done and I believe you will be too! :)”

“This place is absolutely amazing I was having issues with my truck I brought her here and was treated with Grace and kindness. They looked my truck over because I had it worked on at a different place and my truck was misfiring and running very rough.I had a bent spark plug from the other mechanic. Kevin and his crew not only fix the issue but also didn't even charge me for the issue I was so grateful because my truck is my only form of transportation. I highly recommend Kevin and his crew they are wonderful people and I will be continuing to go there for now on. Thank you for TOP-NOTCH SERVICE. “Driving up division at 5 PM on a Friday, picked up a nail and could hear the air coming out of my tire, searched for closest tire place and Poor Boys was it. Looked closed at first, but the guy came out of the shop to help anyways, fixed the tire in less than 10 minutes and we were back on the road and when I asked what I owed him he said how about nothing. Garrick has been working on my cars over the years as well as a ton of friends and family that I've referred to them. I always tell people that he is the most reasonably priced and kind mechanic that I've ever worked with. He always is accommodating and tries to get me in as soon as possible and never nickel and dimes me or makes every issue seem detrimental. He's very thorough and truly just cares about the safety aspects and making sure that people can get their vehicles fixed with as little anxiety as possible, financially and otherwise.
I will never take my vehicles anywhere else, thank you guys for being awesome!”
