“Excellent and friendly group of people. It’s convenient to have a mail stop in your community whereas you would have to drive 20 miles to next closet mail stop.”

“Temu makes returning packages a bit complicated with the QR code but Paul was extremely helpful and helped me return something from afar when it arrived after I left town and I had a friend take it for me. He made sure it came through on his end and printed the shipping label and insured everything went smoothly before she left the store. Would definitely recommend this place for your shipping needs.”

“The reason I choose staples..I recognize great customer service. DeeAnn is really patience and Richard remembers who people are. So many more need the recognition but these two outstanding people makes driving across town because I know I'm going to be given excellent customer service. Why go anywhere else when staples does it right everyday..all day. I'm grateful for your service towards me.”

“⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I want to give kudos to Perry who assisted me in purchasing supplies to get ready for a last minute presentation. (8/20/27) It was because of his customer service that I returned to ship comfort items/gifts back home that would not for in my luggage. I am a first responder that came across the world to support a local disaster in Spokane. (8/21) I lost my tracking number and called the store for that information. The associate who helped me (approx 1:25pm PDT) was patient and was able to locate it after I verified some information. She was kind, patient and I could tell I had her full attention on the call. This is a lost art in the modern day and I saw that this wasn’t just the store manager, this was imbedded in the culture of this location. (8/24) Next time I am in Spokane and I need to make a ship something or purchase supplies I am going to prioritize this location. Thank you all for your service from the National Capital and sister city (Washington, DC). I am home safe and trust my package will as well.”

“Had a heavy package to ship as a return. It was heavy and awkward as shipped. The people working there came and unloaded the package to the store. I have a bad back, that package would have been a bit much for me.”

“We went into the FedEx store on a Saturday to ship a package that had to be in California by Wednesday. We had missed the last pickup of the day. The guy in the FedEx store showed us how to use the FedEx computer to purchase postage and then assisted us two or three times to get it done. He called the regional delivery place to make sure that they would be able to stay open while we got it there. All of the people were way above and beyond.”

“I had a very stressful situation on my hands and Robyn was very sincere and helpful! She did not judge me when I made a stupid mistake. This location is very busy, and there were a few of us waiting for the notary, but the experience was pleasant. Very kind hardworking folks!”

“Been using it a lot lately to ship for my business. Everyone has veen super nice. I was also loving to be able to go anytime, even after hours to you their self kiosk, but I noticed that lately during their close hours you can't even get into use it. So that's been massively disappointing I don't know if it's temporary or not when I go back there I will ask someone. Other than that I've always had excellent service there minus one time that was years ago and it's very clean the parking lot could really use to be updated though that would probably be my biggest complaint next to right after not being able to have the self kiosk at any time”
