“I've been looking for things that Home Depot and Lowe's didn't carry. [You'd think by the sheer magnitude of these stores that their inventory would go above and beyond any neighborhood chain. NOT the case!) I've been able to find obscure items in more than a few Aces! So thanks guys(& gals) for remembering that not everyone else in the world wants framing hammers, Stihl saws, and paint chips in the vast multiple shades of white!
And the employees are a delightfully rare group with a great sense of humour.

“Good selection. Gave me a set of pry bars when the cashier had forgotten to put them in my bag a few days earlier. Only downside to this location is the lack of employees around the store to help you find stuff.”
“Smaller hardware storw than Home Depot or Lowe's. I rotate here when I'm looking for something that the others don't have like better selection of screws and fasteners, bolts and washers, etc.”
“When you go to Harbor Freight you have a few considerations. Am I only going to use this tool once? Do I require keeping all 10 fingers or is 9 1/2 okay? At the same time knowing that you could be getting a decent tool or something that violates the law of physics with a restraining order against OSHA, but keeps you going back.”
“Power tool rentals are in the back left of the gardening section of Home Depot. I rented power tools to mount my TV & sound bar. The tools were in ok condition & good quality. They don’t rent drill bits, but I was able to buy some in the main store.”
