The baker scaffold that Advanced Ladders sells is perfect for a limited access project I am doing in Gig Harbor that is backed up to a ravine. A standard scaffold will not fit on the ravine side of the house.
Stevie with Advanced Ladders has been a huge help in guiding me through this purchase. I've been on the phone with him multiple times in the last 3 weeks and he has always been more than happy to assist. He also researched and recommended other retailers for products that Advanced Ladders does not sell.
I was able to come purchase the scaffold late this afternoon at 4:30pm. Advanced Ladders closes at 5. And today is Friday. I called Stevie ahead of time and without a second thought he said he would stay open for me and help me. He even helped with loading and strapping it down.
He went 120% above and beyond for a customer that he didn't even know. As a business owner still in the infancy stages and still figuring things out, that really means a lot to me.
I chose to buy the baker scaffold from Advanced Ladders instead of a bigger retailer because they are a local business and a name that I knew. Stevie exceeded my expectations taking that extra level of customer care that is so awesome to have and very rare to find these days. I will absolutely be back to buy more equipment from them as my business grows. And I will recommend them to friends as well.

It was going to be $900.00 to replace my factory alternator, but they rebuilt mine to as good as new condition for about half that price. Aaron in will call is a god of knowledge about all things starter and alternator! “In a world that focuses on the negative I would like to tell Lowes that their store in Midway Kent store has customer service that cannot be matched. David in paint should get recognition for gold star bend over backwards service. I purchased 5 gallon paint cans that are very heavy. He loaded them for me onto a flatbed and shook them and was genuine in his service. As I was checking out I asked for help out and a very nice young man who was going to clock out for the day stopped came over to help take the large flatbed to my car. He smiled and chatted with me and put all the cans in my car with a smile and took the flatbed back for me. This kind of service should be recognized and if you are looking for trainers you have some great ones to consider in that store. Thank you for such great service! Keep up the Great Work!!”

“On Thursday I saw one of the highest level of customer service I've seen in my life from an employee named Melody. She was by herself at the self-checkout lane and it was crowded with customers. A Russian old man that doesn't speak any English at all have her occupied at the water tank area, at the same time 3 out of 4 of the customer in the checkout lane where waiting for employee assistance. The old man dragged it long enough that I can already see the level of impatient on the other customer's faces. I can tell one of them is already mad and is ready to complain as soon as she returns. After the old man was helped out, I watched Melody returns to the self checkout lane with zero frustration on her face, instead she approached the customer that seems the maddest with a smile warm enough that it's impossible for anyone to explode on. None of those customer ends up giving her any problems and I watch the lane gets emptyed out under the help of her professionalism.”
