“Needed to pick up some tools for a quick project and did my research online the night before. Showed up to the site (didnt even know there was a more local spot) right at open and watched (who I assume the manager on 11/12 unlock the door right on time. Got in an out as the first customer and chatted with the friendly manager about how I didnt even realize maps was taking me to a closer spot and she said THEYVE BEEN OPEN FOR TWO YEARS ALREADY.

“When you go to Harbor Freight you have a few considerations. Am I only going to use this tool once? Do I require keeping all 10 fingers or is 9 1/2 okay? At the same time knowing that you could be getting a decent tool or something that violates the law of physics with a restraining order against OSHA, but keeps you going back.”

“This is the BEST place for starters and alternators for the best price! It was going to be $900.00 to replace my factory alternator, but they rebuilt mine to as good as new condition for about half that price. Aaron in will call is a god of knowledge about all things starter and alternator! I even bought a replacement battery for my motorcycle from them because of how much I saved compared to buying a new oem alternator. “In a world that focuses on the negative I would like to tell Lowes that their store in Midway Kent store has customer service that cannot be matched. David in paint should get recognition for gold star bend over backwards service. I purchased 5 gallon paint cans that are very heavy. He loaded them for me onto a flatbed and shook them and was genuine in his service. As I was checking out I asked for help out and a very nice young man who was going to clock out for the day stopped came over to help take the large flatbed to my car. He smiled and chatted with me and put all the cans in my car with a smile and took the flatbed back for me. This kind of service should be recognized and if you are looking for trainers you have some great ones to consider in that store. Thank you for such great service! Keep up the Great Work!!”

Before coming to this store, I had already visited three different Lowe’s and Home Depot locations trying to find specific plumbing parts. In most cases, associates asked if I needed help, but the interaction usually ended quickly with “we don’t have that.”
Mark’s approach was completely different. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me solve the problem. Within seconds he understood exactly what I needed and was able to locate the correct parts right away. On top of that, he also suggested a few alternative options that could work for my situation, which I really appreciated.
