“I stopped by the store last week looking for a very specific type of USB cable, I tried a few other stores but had no luck. It was my first time visiting a Grainger location. The salesroom was pretty small, so I didn't expect much, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly helpful young man named Kobe. He took the time to thoroughly search their catalog, but unfortunately, they did not sell it.
Instead of just leaving it at that, he went completely above and beyond and tracked down the exact cable I needed on eBay, which I hadn't been able to find on my own. I ordered it as soon as I got home. It arrived today and worked perfectly for my project.

“I'm Happy! Tropical Canna plants finally arrived, after an early cold Spring. Called yesterday and was connected to Dennis in the Garden Department at the Tukwila store. He was very pleasant, and as he was walking through the yard, asked other sales agents for the Tropical Canna. Excitedly, he informed me they had "lots" of them and remarked, yes, beautiful red leaves. I was in the store an hour later; purchased 6 (and other plants!) This year, all the plants looked healthy!! “I took a Joinery Fundamentals class at Rockler this past Wednesday and learned so much! Duncan did a great job of explaining the why behind each step of our build (a small box with a divider), he thoughftully answered all my questions, he gave bonus insight on squaring lumber in preparation for a project, and he even recommended a few woodworking books! He let me know he's hoping to lead a woodmilling class in the future—I'll definitely be keeping an eye out, as I'd love to attend! I highly recommend classes at Rockler to anyone looking to get started woodworking, as this experience was very approachable for a beginner like myself.”
