“This is the best Key Bank that I've even been to. I just moved so I went to the bank to change my address. I walked in and it was like a banking paradise in there!! The music was uplifting... it smelled sooooooo great in there... and within a few seconds, Briana asked me how she could help me. She was efficient and professional and charming. I was so happy to be there!! Then, Ashley came over to assist me, too. She was, also, phenomenal!! They listened to what I needed and they hooked me up with Alan, who proceeded to get everything I needed done, efficiently and effectively, in the most pleasant way possible. All three of these people made me feel so welcome and they did everything they could to help me make this transition a joy. I left there feeling elated!! That doesn't usually happen when I go to the bank so I'm very grateful to all of them. And I got the first business card from Bri that she ever handed out so I'm including a photo of that momentous moment in time in this review!! If you need to find a bank in Oak Harbor, WA, I, highly, recommend going to this Key Bank, located on Pioneer Way. You'll be treated like royalty and you'll be given spectacular service!! “Open until 530 pm. Employees are nice. There are 1 or 2 cashiers, and 2 women; each at a large desk, to help with simple to much larger banking needs. Place is very clean. Lots of parking available.”
“Closed the branch in Coupeville so have to drive into Oak Harbor (approx 20 miles). Drive through services are as fast as they can be depending how many people are in line. They say you can call and make an appt to see a banker, but no one answers the phone... hopefully they will hire someone to deal with phones soon.”
“Quick stop. Accomplished task. CSR was very helpful and I was in and out in under 5 minuites. Branch office very open and airy. Very nice. Only minor downside is the CSR pushing a credit card application on me.”

“I've always had very friendly, courteous, and professional service at this branch. I actually think it's more a symptom of the lovely people in Port Townsend than the bank itself. I've been to many horrible branches of WFB in California and elsewhere. But I'll take the welcoming local service gladly and gratefully. That's why I love living in this wonderful community. As far as the bank itself, if I wasn't so financially immersed and entangled with multiple financial products, I would have left them a long time ago. I despise their ethics and questionable practices. Hopefully I'll be able to do something about that someday. Meanwhile, this review is about this branch only. They're not responsible for the policies and restrictions of their corporate office, and they seem to do their best to make my experience as pleasant as they can under the circumstances.”
