“The folks at Whisler Communications are the best. If you’re in the market for a two way communications devices this is the place to go. The staff was not only courteous and professional, they were actually very friendly. We went in at pretty close to closing time, looking for something not readily available, but they took the time to dig around and found exactly what we needed at a price you can’t beat. Never felt rushed. Ended up buying a CB radio as well because they were so nice and helpful. You just find customer service like this anymore.”

“I visited the shop to exchange the TV Box on Saturday morning. Arrived 15 minutes before opening time of 10 am. I was greeted by Alexander and other two young men. Alexander was very attentive and he brought up a new box for me. He checked my account and found out that my TV & internet bill. He told me that I expect of $40 increase of monthly payment. Because I got 12 month special deal last year. It is expires in Jan 2027. I told him that my budget is very tight. He ask me if I have time while he works out better deal for me. By that time there were a few people waiting to be served but I said YES I can wait if I can save money. At end Alexander gave me $20 less monthly deal without any chage of usage and condition. Furthermore this deal is locked for 5 years. I am very happy person when I left the shop 30 minutes later. All staff are very pleasant. Because limited space there are not many seat and people have to line up during waiting time. But worth waiting because you receive good service. Thank you very much.”
