I shop here because they have what I need from time to time. But if I have questions I'm better off going elsewhere. I have been ignored, blown off and left disappointed on numerous occasions. This particular store is my last resort.

Exceptional staff. Know their stuff. One guy walked us through the plumbing process and that helped a lot during installation.
