“Cute place that had the catnip that I was looking for. I ended up leaving with others that I hadn’t seen in the big box stores. Very unique and perfect!
I spent a long time browsing because there is just so much to see. I was approached several times by different staff making sure I was ok and asking if I needed help. To me, that is great customer service. They were also very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. There is even a drop off for containers that I’ve never seen before. I shared some I don’t use anymore for someone and I grabbed some for myself. So neat!!!
Prices were a bit higher as others have said, but the quality of their plants are great. Zero issues transplanting what I purchased and I’m already looking forward to going back.”
“Very helpful people at the Barn Nursery. The gals inside were great and the guys took took their time loading and wrapping my trees for me to prevent wind damage. That was the third time I bought trees from them and I had no damage to my trees ever when I got home because of the care they took to wrap them. That means a lot to me. Thank you!”

They were helpful with my membership, i have had no hassle with refunds, they are eager to help and helped me carry my groceries to the car when i was unable to which made them a star in my book. So happy they are in this city. I am trying to buy a house in their neighborhood and then i can go there more often. What would make them the very best is if they were an exclusive vegan co-op. Imagine that. It is so rare and they would be cutting edge and get so much business. Society is making the switch to veganism. It is the only diet that helps the environment (climate change, habitat loss, pollution etc), animal welfare, feeds more of the world and reaps health benefits. It is the kindest most compassionate diet without question. Go vegan!”

“We just bought an old house built in 1930 and the bedroom carpets looked like they were almost as old as the house. We needed to get them replaced asap. We heard that Home Depot had great prices on carpet but contracts out for installation, so you never know what you’re going to get so we were a little hesitant. After getting much higher quotes from some of the other well known carpet places, we decided saving a thousand dollars or more on what appeared to actually be nicer carpet is worth the risk and went back to Home Depot.
Well it turns out the risk was worth taking. We were scheduled to have Romanoff Renovations install our carpet. They showed up right on time and just needed a quick tour of the house before getting to work. I was a little worried they might hit snags installing new carpet in a hundred year old house, but three hours later our carpet was installed beautifully. Aside from the excellent installation, this has got to be the most comfortable carpet I have ever walked on and while we still have a lot to do, it really changed the feel of the inside of the house. Also, just fyi, splurge a little on the padding. You won’t regret it.”
“I had an order of flooring and it was going to be late and maybe not in time for installation, but, Sherry-COS at the Home Depot on Fones Road in Washington State, worked trielessly to make it happen before the installation on March 1st. and by golly, she did it. She was so awesome and kept me informed on everything! Kudos and 2 thumbs up. I would giver her more thumbs up, but alas, I only have two. 5 star service.”

“I brought in my begonia last week with the assumption that it needed to be repotted. Tatum (hopefully I am remembering their name correctly) was so kind to take the time to really look things over and explain all of my options to me. They didn't rush through anything or try to upsell me. They were very understanding of my emotional attachment to this plant as an heirloom from my late grandma as well. The shop itself was beautiful and had so many fun goodies! I will definitely be back.”
