“Honest and fair deal. Bob sucked the life out of it. Bob made buying this car very difficult. He didn't know anything. He was as slow as a turtle. He had a difficult time working the the cumputer and printer. He had no concept of my time. It was difficult to keep him on task. Honest and fair deal.”
“The only complaint is they rented me an all electric car and since I have no desire to ever own one, didn't have a clue of how to charge it or anything. With heat and lights the 150 miles was just barely enough to complete my travels”

Lauren was very kind and explained the charges and gave me instructions on how to resolve the issue. “ok so these guys are a full-service repair shop that also sells vehicles on the side. I really like the custom work they did on the car that I bought (to quote my supervisor, that's a civic??) super classy ? I got a pretty good deal on a vehicle with an acceptable amount of wear and tear for its age and price point, and after putting another 1,000 miles on it between time of purchase and now it's still mechanically sound. I especially enjoyed my time working with their sales rep Peter. worked in sales long enough to know that guys like him are rare, keep it up! finally my advice to other first time buyers, no matter where you choose to buy, is to make sure you review all the options available to you before you commit to a decision that'll impact you and your family in the long term.”
