“I love CCU because I can easily get my questions answered from the knowledgeable tellers. At 'brand X' bank, I have to get a question answered by setting an appointment with a customer agent, supervisor, assistant manager, or manager, and it takes up to a week to meet. This is not true of the smaller local banks.”
“I have had my accounts at Columbia Credit Union since 1997. I have been using the Hazel Dell branch since I moved to this side of town in 2015. I always get friendly, helpful customer service and have never had any issues. Sometimes teller service can be a tad bit slow, especially when they're busy, but it's never too bad.”

I don't know why I put up with my other bank for so many years. Not only is everyone at IQCU gracious the minute I walk in the door, but they are well staffed, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As a customer - and a person - I feel appreciated and valued. “IQ has many advantages over your traditional being private verses public. That should speak for itself. Lower interest rates on my car loan, partnering with lots of little private banks to expand your ATM footprint. Service is always friendly and helpful without dragging through the red tape mud. Don’t take my word for it tell them my name for a referral and I bet you get the red carpet rolled out plus up to $100 for being referred. Just mention I referred you in any of the two branches in Vancouver Just off Mil Plain between 160th and 205.”
