Many body shops I've delt with have shady buisness practices to get your car in and then jack up the costs. Not this shop! “Many thanks to Scott !!! This guy is truly a blessing . My 17 year old daughter got into hit and run with a truck with no brake lights that cut her off and slammed brakes and she was able to swerve to the left but clipped her front passenger side. I took it to collision repair in Bonney lake and wow was the repair outrageous. I happen to see advertised on small sign Raleys Auto Body so I decided to call and he said bring it in.
I brought my daughters vehicle in ans he looked at it and with confidence gave me a number and approximate turn around time and we made a deal. Wow!!! Is all my daughter could say and yes he did an outstanding job and this guy delivered on the promise . Don’t mess around with high priced auto body shops. Scott is knowledgeable and super down to earth.
Definitely will be bringing any future repairs to Raleys and will recommend this company to many others . Great job Scott!!

“Running a collision repair shop can be a serious grind especially trying to locate quality parts that can be severely limited by what insurance companies will pay for (and a heads up to you folks actually read what is in your policy you are agreeing to!) but if I'm in a bind I know I have a great chance of having GP to help us out. The best part is when I call up they never sound defeated like so many other vendors offering the same product but usually for more money.”

“Thank God it was open!
I just had a super scary moment where I was driving and I heard a clunk and my brakes weren’t working well.
Good thing i was in a neighborhood and not in a highway and there was no one in front of me because I would have definitely hit them. I had to use my hand brake to brake.
I found a safe spot and jacked my car up and checked the front brakes.
My driver side brakes was missing one brake pad, my passenger side was fine.
I slowly and safely drove to Autozone and got some parts. I asked the guy if I can go work on my car on their lot since driving like this would be hazardous and it was ok.
So i worked on my car and found that one of the caliper pistons locked up from lack of grease and that’s probably why the brake pad just came off. I cleaned and greased them and changed all the front brakes. Tested it and drove back home.
