“I had previously had my coated at this location. They didn’t good job. Recently my car was hit in a parking lot on the rear bumper. I also had a deep scratch on my passenger door and about a dime sized chip on my driver side. I took in and Meet Zach and realized a new business had taken over Tailored garage. So I decided to give them a try at the repairs. Zach was knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Upon picking up the car. Was super pleased! The work was as close to perfect you can get. Austin was the employee who turned the car over to me. Also friendly and knowledgeable. He give me a honest update on how my ceramic coating was holding up. When the time comes they have definitely earned my business and plan to have it recoated by them in the next few months! Great guys and great work, what else could you ask for! Appreciate you guys!”

“This is the most honest garage I have ever come across!! They diagnosed my RAV 4 with repairs totaling about $900. After they called the dealership for parts, they informed me that I could take my car to the Dealership for the Dealership will repair it for free. The problem on my car was a known problem to Toyota. I was dumbfounded!! I was ready to pay for their diagnostic work, however, I was informed that I owed them nothing. They even gave me a code to present to Toyota. I left with much appreciation for the amazing and honest service I received.”
“Everything was great and the quality of workmanship is awesome. The only reason for not being a 5 Star , is even though I gave them all my information they only communicated through my son’s number. The only time he was involved was for the appraisal and dropping it off. This was an insurance claim do to resending someone,so I only paid my deductible.”

“I found Carsmart to be such a lovely place to come in, despite not being very experienced with cars or car maintenance. They were able to give me a pretty great price for an oil change, new wipers and coolant, and a very detailed inspection of my cars health that was texted to me, and they were even able to see me the same day before closing. They were very accommodating and professional, I never felt like I was being pressured to spend more money, they really seemed interested in just letting me know how my car's doing, how much of a priority different things are, and how to keep my car from failing anytime soon. We recently came in to have a trailer hitch and mud flaps installed and the Service deptartment did a great job. The parts department kept us informed of our order and the service department did a great job.
They even washed our car before returning it to us! We love it here!”

“Many thanks to Scott !!! This guy is truly a blessing . My 17 year old daughter got into hit and run with a truck with no brake lights that cut her off and slammed brakes and she was able to swerve to the left but clipped her front passenger side. I took it to collision repair in Bonney lake and wow was the repair outrageous. I happen to see advertised on small sign Raleys Auto Body so I decided to call and he said bring it in.
I brought my daughters vehicle in ans he looked at it and with confidence gave me a number and approximate turn around time and we made a deal. Wow!!! Is all my daughter could say and yes he did an outstanding job and this guy delivered on the promise . Don’t mess around with high priced auto body shops. Scott is knowledgeable and super down to earth.
Definitely will be bringing any future repairs to Raleys and will recommend this company to many others . Great job Scott!!

“Running a collision repair shop can be a serious grind especially trying to locate quality parts that can be severely limited by what insurance companies will pay for (and a heads up to you folks actually read what is in your policy you are agreeing to!) but if I'm in a bind I know I have a great chance of having GP to help us out. The best part is when I call up they never sound defeated like so many other vendors offering the same product but usually for more money.”
