“Long story short ended up here because I had purchased a phone at the Tacoma location they did not help at all except for one guy Jerald he was trying his best to help. (I left a review for the Tacoma location if you want to know more) when we got there Michael greeted us and ask what we needed help with mentioned to him the problems we had with the phone and what had happened at the Tacoma location. He inspected the phone and said that the problem we had with the phone was not normal for it having a new battery (it would shut down at 20%) and he offered us a exchange for a similar phone and said that the new phone also had warranty and if we had any problems with it to go back and he would gladly help us! I highly recommend the phone guys especially the Puyallup location Michael is awesome friendly and very knowledgeable!”

Edwin went absolutely above and beyond to help resolve all of the issues we were experiencing and even helping us further than that to improve our experience with Verizon. Edwin was extremely personable, trustworthy, kind, and made us as a customer feel heard and valued. There was no “used car salesman” type of experience that can be common with some phone carriers. We will be happily continuing our Verizon account purely based off of our experience with Edwin today. 10 OUT OF 10!!!”
