“I have been looking for a phone in a certain color. I called and spoke with Alex. He said he could tuck the one I wanted away. I had some problems with AT&T that day and I walked into Alex’s store already in a bad mood. Alex was an absolute legend. He explained the process, got me the phone I wanted, and lowered my bill.I said this to Alex and I meant it; “you are the only person I will do business with in regards to new phones.” I couldn’t be happier with the experience I received. “I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. I would certainly come back again to work with Akash and the team.”

“Went in to add two lines to an existing plan. I was welcomed by Antonio. I let him know what I was looking for and that I was looking to keep costs low. He showed me some of the free promotional devices. He even gave me a recommendation for a newer device that was not yet on display.He activated and set up the devices. He was very personable and a significant improvement from my last in store MetroPCS experience (at another store).I'll be returning to this location when I decide to upgrade my own device. “Kayli and Josiah were both quickly helpful when the little things that just needed assistance with new transfer from prepaid to postpaid and was able to keep our numbers from being changed because we wanted to keep our original numbers. They got us in and out of the store in 15 minutes. Great staff and will definitely recommend them.”

“I love this store. They have unique and different things for great prices and the selections are always good. Their sales are great too. But mostly I like the people at the Bonney Lake store. I recently left $40 in the self checkout cash dispenser when I didn't finish my transaction before I left the store. I got distracted by something and walked out before I pushed the last button to finalize the transaction. The manager noticed it after I was out the door, and he pushed the last button to finish my transaction. When I realized about fifteen minutes later I left my cash behind I quickly went back praying the money was still there, and it was!! So yeah, I love this store, for many reasons.”

“I Love shopping at Target but mostly at this location. It's not overly busy. It's much pleasant to shop here. Love the availability of Starbucks. The store has quality merchandise and pretty good prices. I take advantage of the Target circle deals and offers. Customer service has been great on all my visits this far. I like this location most especially since it's close to my bank and now next to Daiso as well.”

“Every Metro that I go to I get a different experience. The South Hill Puyallup Metro is by far the best franchise of Metro I've been to. They're honest, fast, friendly and a great experience to work with. Before you buy from Metro I suggest you all different franchises. Get a price quote and you'll notice they're all different. Then call South Hill Metro last. And they'll beat every other quote by far. Try that if you want to say some money.”

“Is it just me or was Target's logo very obviously designed to look like a clitoris with a clit like nickname to match it ? I must be feelin' some type of way today to be pondering this question .. hmmm. Anywho, I LOVE target... maybe a little too much since I've nearly maxed out my target red card, not sure when I'll be able to pay it off, as I get drive up orders here at least twice a week! I've yet to run into any long wait times or big problems with the drive up service like others have mentioned. Service has been pretty darn great as a matter of fact! I'm going to run the risk of this review sounding unfinished but....That is all.”

The staff have always been kind and courteous, especially the pharmacy, customer service and bakery departments. The store has always been clean and organized whenever I shop there.”

“From previous experiences, I would have given a 3 or 4 star rating. However, Archie at the Vision Center has redeemed this store! My son broke his glasses... again...surprise surprise right?! We took them in to order a new pair (bc he broke the good ones and the backups in a weekend! ‍). First, they needed his Doc's name and it wasn't listed, so Archie dug through a humid one sheet at a time to find it. No complaints even though his coworker clearly did not alphabetize them. Thankfully I found the emailed prescription, so we found the doc. But military docs don't list their NPIs on civilian sites. So he promised to call on Monday... and HE DID! I almost never have someone actually follow through on a Monday! Awesome! Well, then he took my panicked homeschooling mommy self and actually listened as tried to help! I'm so used to unconcerned young employees just saying oh well and moving on. Archie checked so many pairs of glasses to see if we could use the lenses in an existing pair. He even helped me check the readers to see if we could use those. No dice. It he calls on Monday to let me know he found the NPI and I could come in to pay. Of course, we had a car die over the weekend and hubby had to take the car to work for a night shift so I'm stuck on good old fashioned pedal power with a small army of kids in tow...two days in a row already and getting longer. So he coordinated with his boss to approve me paying at pickup so that we could get the order in and hopefully get the glasses for my son before Christmas! I haven't had an employee go that far out of their way to help in decades. I honestly thought that level of customer service was extinct ! Thank you Archie!!”
