I purchased a used Jeep from the dealership a year ago, and although I encountered some issues with the vehicle, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything was addressed. “Tried to make appointment for an oil change but couldn't get in until end of October. I told her I needed it done asap since i was going to Oregon and it was over due.. The service person said come in on 9/10, 9/11, or 9/12 to the express service door. So I did. I was in and out about 2 1/2 hrs which I didn't mind at all. Thank you Kia!”
