“First of all my experience with Fix Auto was above and beyond positive!
My car was rear-ended in a hit and run accident and considered as a total loss due to the cost to repair versus the worth of the car.
I did not want to give up my car and did not care about the cosmetics (paint, dents, etc).
I was only interested in fixing the lights so that I could drive legally and safely.
So I looked to find someone who could fix my car, and Fix Auto was the answer to my prayer. They were my first and only stop. They met my need and went above and beyond what I expected to fix my car. The price was less than what they initially had quoted me after they finished everything and the time they kept my car was a lot shorter. I am soooo grateful to Fix Auto for their services??☺️??

“Over the past years I've gone to several different auto repair shops in Federal Way and have not been impressed with their being very honest, ethical or knowledgeable for my 2000 Toyota RAV4! After paying for an inspection, Northshore Automotive is the first shop to send me photos with detailed descriptions of what is needed to be serviced. I still had questions & the service Manager Nick spent around 1 hour total answering my questions on the phone and by email! With all of the knowledge he shared with me, I now trust them completely. Northshore Automotive also offers a 2 year warranty on larger services needed. Their customer service and warranty have now gained a loyal customer. I highly recommend them!”
“I’ve been here twice now and I have not been disappointed with the service. I’ve had my resonator deleted previously, and today I had my O2 sensor 1 bank 1 replaced. Each trip I was sitting in house for less than an hour. The lady at the front desk is always so down to earth and nice. Prices are extremely reasonable as well. The Techs there definitely know what they’re doing! Highly recommended.”

I have never left a review before, If you own a Sprinter, this is the place to take it! Ken the owner and master technician demonstrated loads of experience and explained and showed us the problem.
The entire staff was everything you’d want in a mechanic shop: knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They provided a tricky diagnostic at a reasonable price, sourced parts quickly, and completed the repair faster than I expected. They offer a one year warranty which they honor!
While passing through, we had to wait a day for parts. The team was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to dump and fill our camper van, and even offered us a place to park for the night. We were very impressed with their hospitality and service.

“I came here last night to look at and possibly test drive their posted 2019 Rebel. This was after going to one of the BIG, well known dealerships in Olympia where I live. The dealership in Olympia wouldn't give me the time of day. They wouldn't unlock their truck or allow a test drive. Joon here at GT Auto went above and beyond! He showed me 6 different trucks at all different trim packages and went over the differences. He showed me 3 Dodge trucks and 3 Fords as I was looking for a full size truck. He listened to mine and my family's needs and concerns. I explained my finances with their team and they ran some basic numbers before even pulling a credit report so that way I had an honest idea what some payment options could look like. I gave permission to run the report and they knew what bank would give me a better rate than I was already pre-approved for. They were able to do what they said they could do and even a little better. I was able to get into the truck at the same payment as my recently totalled Tacoma and at a better interest rate than I was pre-approved for. GT Auto is a must look shop when looking for a new to you use car or truck. Go see Joon!”

“We brought our ‘15 BMW 328D wagon in for a transmission filter service as well as a check engine light for the def pump fault. Strictly Euro was quick to create a quote for us and get us in for service. We dropped the car off and had it back in less than a day. They took pictures of the transmission fluid and showed us the pan as well as what was done for the def pump.
