“Over the past years I've gone to several different auto repair shops in Federal Way and have not been impressed with their being very honest, ethical or knowledgeable for my 2000 Toyota RAV4! After paying for an inspection, Northshore Automotive is the first shop to send me photos with detailed descriptions of what is needed to be serviced. I still had questions & the service Manager Nick spent around 1 hour total answering my questions on the phone and by email! With all of the knowledge he shared with me, I now trust them completely. Northshore Automotive also offers a 2 year warranty on larger services needed. Their customer service and warranty have now gained a loyal customer. I highly recommend them!”

“My friends car wouldn't start in the very narrow parking lot at the old town dock in Ruston way. We called Hull Towing. Nathan answered on the second ring. We told him the situation he gave us options of not only the tow but to also jump the battery. He got to us in no time at all. He was extremely professional, knows what he's doing. He maneuvered the vehicle in what looked like an impossible situation onto the back of the truck with ease. Got us to our destination safe and sound, and his prices are fair. “After dealing with 2 Ford dealerships that kept my vehicle all day, and didnt even look at it, they were telling me I needed all of these expensive tests that costs a minimum $180 each! I called Rick's and ran my problem by Frank, he was very pleasant and professional and confidenthe knew what it might be- he was able to schedule a time to come in for a look within 2 days!
I brought it in in this morning, he had it fixed and ready a few hours later. He even aired up my tire that had a slow leak!

When I picked up my car it was completely cleaned. I dropped it off full of sand and dirt and every nook and cranny was cleaned while it was at their shop.
The body work itself looked great, you couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident. Panel gaps are even and the body panels line up.”
“Had an issue regarding coil packs and misfiring which in itself is a simple fix, but the fact that within 2 hours of initially contacting them i dropped it off, got a diagnosis, a repair, and driving it home is amazing. Not sure if it was great timing or what, but i've never had a shop fix something for me that fast. To me, the efficiency made the price worth it.”

They also informed me well enough about the competitors in the area how much they charge their dispatcher and their drivers keep in contact with you. How long the wait time until they get to the car when they arrive and they verify with you which vehicle it is and license plate number so they don't make a mistake which I really appreciate the professionalism, and they also work with you on and where you need to drop it off so once again, I highly recommend using their services”
