“We previously had our jeep serviced at the Kennewick Jeep dealer for what we thought would be the best place to repair an oil and coolant leak. Needless to say they did a very poor job and we had to return our jeep several times for the same issues. we later discovered their tech used lots of silicone to plug the leaks (which probably happened on our last visit) which made things much worse.
We decided to take our jeep to Simmonson and their service advisor Josh was great. He listened to our concerns and provided updates when they resolved each leak and made sure they fixed it right the first time. It’s employees like Josh and the well trained mechanics that makes a huge difference and we are very appreciative of their work and professionalism.”

“Originally thought there might be a problem getting battery cables hooked up to the posts. Rest assured these people didnt give up until the cables had a nice snug fit with no play in them. I cant recomend this company enough, from now on all of my batteries will be replaced by this business.”

“By far the only auto parts store that helps the customer 110% and will do whatever they need to do to help you. I have a 2011 Ford fusion with a power steering issue the fuses blew and couldn't find a fuse to work O'Reilly's sent my to 9to9 and the were closed but opened their doors to help me,the guys didn't have any 50. Amps that matched mine so the best thing ever happened these gentleman made me a fuse using parts they had on hand and damn if that didn't fix it and my power steering was fully functioning god bless these men. This fuse is a life saver and if it had a short in the system this would auto reset amazing mcgyver abilities!”

“The people and the service at American Radiator are awesome.
I purchased a radiator for an antique tractor from them. The first radiator received was not correct. These guys “jumped through hoops” to get the correct radiator to me the very next day after the issue was discovered.

“We noticed a problem with our tire when we were driving through Pasco. They got us in and inspected our car within 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. We were in and out in less than 25 minutes. Great friendly service and very reasonably priced.”
“Was slammed into from behind by a seemingly intoxicated driver. Totaled their car and did around $5k in damage to the back end of my car. Whole ordeal was very stressful from everyone but Michael’s. They were open, honest, transparent, and communicative through it all. I really appreciate their commitment to quality service. I was stressed cause when I got my car back the lights weren’t working but the team there helped me out, got my car back in the shop, hadn’t realized in the few weeks my car was there my headlights died. They replaced those and even brought my car to me in Kennewick after.
The accident was stressful but the repairs that came after were not and that was all thanks to Michael’s and the team there. Thank you, sincerely. My family and I appreciate your hard work and integrity to get the job done right. God bless you all, 10/10 would recommend.”

If you need an alignment, don't even bother going anywhere else, this place has the right equipment and the knowledge to do it right no matter your cars style, they've aligned my lowered cars no problem. They offer lots of services so call them first before wasting your time somewhere else these guys are the best and you're also supporting local families not some corporation who looks at you like a number. They're fair and knowledgeable. I've also had cars towed with them too and their crew knows what they're doing!”

“My wife’s jeep was previously serviced for an oil leak at lithia and it was returned several times because it continued to leak and we were assured it was fixed and unfortunately it started leaking again. We decided to take it to perfection and they fixed the issue and it was a simple fix that the dealers techs couldn’t figure out and I will never take my car back to the dealer I just wished we took it to perfection sooner, it would have saved me time and money. Thanks perfection for resolving and making me a customer for life..”

“This review is for the girlies who have car issues and might not have someone in their lives to trust with the issues. My car was making a horrible noise after I came back from a lengthy road trip, after calling mechanics all around tri-cities and getting quoted literally hundreds for just an inspection, I gave up and called the closest mechanic to my job. Cesar answered and I brought it in right away, he was kind, professional and took time to explain to me what was wrong and SHOWED me it as well. I knew instantly I could trust him with my Nissan, I dropped it off late that day and my car was ready the next morning and again Cesar took time to show me exactly what was wrong and the ware and tare. My car runs better now than ever! I would recommend Mendoza's to any girl who is having issues with their car and is feeling lost!”
