“I recently stopped in to Mail N Stuff ten minutes before their closing time ONLY to inquire about their lamination services. The super friendly owner, named Ari, explained the process and then indicated that he’d be more than happy to take on my project, right then and there, knowing it was a good size job and would definitely take him well past closing time to complete. He wound up staying 40 minutes past closing time to finish the job. I was completely blown away by his sense of commitment to service and the customer. He did a fantastic job and all with a smile. I honestly couldn’t thank him enough. And he, in turn, simply thanked me for my patronage. It’s very rare to find that kind of customer service these days. “I tried to droop off my colagard package at the gage ups and they refused. This was after ups failed to deliver my original colorgard to my home, but had reported to as delivered. Colagard then had to send me a second package. In any case, the ups customer center, took the package for its prepaid over night delivery. I will use the ups customer center in the future”
