“The store itself is great, but the customer service seriously needs improvement. I waited over 25 minutes for assistance, and no employee ever showed up to help me.
This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed an issue with the staff either. Even when employees are available, many of them don’t seem particularly friendly or interested in helping customers. It often feels like they’re just going through the motions and would rather be anywhere else.
Management really needs to address this. Better training, accountability, or retraining would go a long way. If someone doesn’t enjoy working with customers, retail probably isn’t the right job for them.
Bi-Mart is a good store, but the quality of the customer service does not match the quality of the store itself.

“I love this family owned Grocery Outlet.. my problem… I NEVER take in enough bags. I always find more than I’m looking for. High Protein snacks and healthy eating options have their own aisle. And I love finding great ice cream treats for the grandies at a great price”
“I love dollar stores, despite their increase in pricing. You can still find valuable items at a very low cost. This store is cleaned and organized. Staff are respectfully and well-trained. Their parking are accessible to wheelchairs, and there are plenty parking here. I would recommend anyone to go to this dollar store here.”
