Had a issue with bill. Be careful with this company lady on phone lied to me and was very rude. Never been treated worse in my life! Terrible customer service!!!

Had Astound last year, cancelled because is was going down to many times. Signed up again last month because T-Mobile internet stopped working completely. There are not many internet options in Port Orchard. I am searching again for a reliable internet provider because my Astound service cuts out daily.
