“5/16/26: What I most appreciate about our local cable office is that customers have a place to visit that’s neat & clean, and very welcoming. Doesn’t matter what issue you bring to them, they fix it pretty much every time. That’s saying something when more & more companies & organizations foolishly rely on AI managed phone systems for customer service that’s anything but. They frustrate customers if their reason for calling isn’t easily categorizad. What a relief to speak to real people that are enormously helpful in a pleasant environment.”
“Net253 has been stellar to work with. They coordinated with us to do our install on the day we arrived from our out of state move. They arrived pretty much within the hour of us getting to our house (coordinated our ETA). Having live internet almost immediately upon moving in was awesome. We’ve had one outage (KPUD outage) and Steve took my call very early in the morning to verify it was upstream of the house and engaged KPUD to address the issue. We work from home so having an ISP we can trust is paramount. Their level and quality of service easily justifies any sort of price gap that exists between them and other KPUD providers as well as non-KPUD options.”
