“This is a great pump track! It's great for lots of ages, but I love that it's also more geared towards mountain biking skills. My 9 year old loves working on his technique and my 4 year old loves going down any hill she's brave enough for. Even my husband and I enjoy riding around.”

“I usually visit the Bremerton location but I work in Poulsbo so I decided to stop by after work. The layout is a little confusing at first but I'm sure I'll get used to that, there is a LOT of different kinds of equipment, but I didn't see a Smith machine? You can tell they take really care of their gym, it felt really clean and the members keep to themselves. I really appreciate that there is a lot of space in the free weight areas. The only minor downside was I didn't realize that they required the key card when leaving so I thought I was locked in the gym, until I realized I needed to tap my card to leave which in the moment was a little frustrating but now I appreciate, so I know I've left with my card on me.

“There is a machine for every need and everyone. Also home to Wade Zinn physical therapy. Great staff and exceptional treatment plans. Michelle is Awesome as a PTA and massage therapist. Highly recommend this business.”

Super positive and encouraging and also know exactly how to push you to accomplish the goals you agree to.
