Brought it back , greeted at door on what to do for a return which was great because I've never returned something here before. Exchanged for a non open box item so I didn't take any more chances on a non perfect product and super easy process.I've bought other open box style items and never had a problem until now , and I will still be open to other open box items Tip: the open box items are basically hiding through out the store , always be on the look out for nice savings !”
