“After checking with my local Verizon store, I went my local Best Buy in Puyallup to see if the Geek Squad could assist me with my cell phone. I had clicked on a link that I shouldn't have and now my phone was blowing up with notifications about malware. I was worried that I would have to spend a few hundred dollars to get rid of whatever was in my phone, or worse, that I would have to get a new phone. But, Chris from the Geek Squad knew right away what the issue was and resolved it in about 10 minutes. And the best part is, he didn't charge me anything. “Went here to fix my PC due to random shut offs the first time we took it he said it was just an update went home and it did it again pretty bummed out but the guy there was very kind and offered to fix it again for us and now it's working again”
