“This location seems to have turned around from its extremely poor customer service history! I am a senior, and was attempting to get a few 2x12x12 boards down for a project. An Asian employee, older gentleman, came to help me without being asked! Amazing! I was able to get them cut right away too, and at checkout the young lady was far far more personable than the witch I've had to tolerate before ( hopefully she had been let go). Long story short, a very pleasant experience at three different customer contact points (getting heavy lumber down, getting it cut properly, and a very pleasant checkout). Couldn't be happier about this new direction!”

“After checking with my local Verizon store, I went my local Best Buy in Puyallup to see if the Geek Squad could assist me with my cell phone. I had clicked on a link that I shouldn't have and now my phone was blowing up with notifications about malware. I was worried that I would have to spend a few hundred dollars to get rid of whatever was in my phone, or worse, that I would have to get a new phone. But, Chris from the Geek Squad knew right away what the issue was and resolved it in about 10 minutes. And the best part is, he didn't charge me anything. “I took a Class 1 in how to learn to use my sewing machine class with our instructor Georgette and she was amazing! Our whole group were complete beginners, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was so kind, patient, and answered all of our questions.
I really liked how she went over everything step by step before we started practicing—it made a big difference. I left the class feeling much more confident and with more knowledge than I had before. I’ve taken classes at other store locations, but Puyallup is still my favorite.”
