“The staff was truely outstanding in helping get the right shoes to keep running with minimal pain, even were helping with entering a changed up toddler. Lost the last star due to a short sighted policy affecting the nation's protectors, disappointing that military service members only get a discount once or twice a year and not when they need to replace running shoes to be fit for the next demanding physical environment.”
“The people here were friendly but we got our fishing license here a bit ago and just went on a fishing charter. That's when I realized the girls didn't give us our salmon catch card... just the crab catch card ? we could have been fined the times we went out fishing and didn't realize it since we hadn't caught anything. If you got your fishing combo license here you better double check that you have your catch cards for fish.”
“I was in the Famous Footwear in sunrise Village store today in Puyallup Washington. I had an excellent visit and the customer service provided by Jayla and Sidney was phenomenal. These two young ladies went above and beyond to help me find what I looking for and suggested styles that I didn’t know I was looking For that made my visit even better. They were kind, professional, and courteous to me from the time I walked in until the time I left your store. The store was clean, organized, and there was a positive energy and vibe within the store that you don’t find in a lot of stores nowadays.
People always take the time to complain that they never take the time to say thank you for someone’s help when they are doing a wonderful job. I tried to go online and find a way to acknowledge and let you all know the wonderful job that these ladies are doing in this store. But I could not find any way to post this to the national Famous Footwear website. I would like the general manager and our manager of the store to please give me a call at their convenience so I can relay to them the excellent customer that these young ladies are doing at your store. I did put in a email with Customer Service on the National website and my information is on there. I will also call back during normal business hours and leave my personal information with the store. These young ladies really did go above and beyond today, and that meant a lot to me. Thank you again. We are in love with the longboard my daughter picked out. We got home at 10pm and she hopped on and said it was the smoothest ride she'd ever had. Great for her 14th birthday present! This board will hold its value for years to come.
The owner did mention that they get shipments but sell out fast! So dont be discouraged if you walk in and exactly what you want isn't in front of you- he will help you figure it out!”
