Shoe Stores in Puyallup, WA

“I was in the Famous Footwear in sunrise Village store today in Puyallup Washington. I had an excellent visit and the customer service provided by Jayla and Sidney was phenomenal. These two young ladies went above and beyond to help me find what I looking for and suggested styles that I didn’t know I was looking For that made my visit even better. They were kind, professional, and courteous to me from the time I walked in until the time I left your store. The store was clean, organized, and there was a positive energy and vibe within the store that you don’t find in a lot of stores nowadays.

People always take the time to complain that they never take the time to say thank you for someone’s help when they are doing a wonderful job. I tried to go online and find a way to acknowledge and let you all know the wonderful job that these ladies are doing in this store. But I could not find any way to post this to the national Famous Footwear website. I would like the general manager and our manager of the store to please give me a call at their convenience so I can relay to them the excellent customer that these young ladies are doing at your store. I did put in a email with Customer Service on the National website and my information is on there. I will also call back during normal business hours and leave my personal information with the store. These young ladies really did go above and beyond today, and that meant a lot to me. Thank you again.
