“This is my 2nd review for Grace whom always has outstanding customer service.
She is 💯 percent team Safeway and has gone above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met, she's always polite and has a positive attitude despite dealing with some unfortunate late night prowlers + just disgruntled people in general.
Thank you for always being so nice and not allowing other people's negativity to affect your work ethics.

I can't tell you how many times she has went above & beyond what the normal sales associate would do.
She always has a positive attitude and is more than willing to help accommodate whatever needs you have.
I just found out tonight that she has to drive all the way from Tacoma to Covington (just for work🥺) with gas prices these days, I can't imagine the burden.
