7525 Aurora Ave N, Seattle WA 98103
“Excellent, fast service at a very fair price. My 2019 MacBook Pro's screen was destroyed by a bite from a playful cat. Apple wanted $800 to replace it, but Seattle Laptop replaced it for about half that price, in three days. This made it worthwhile fixing this older Mac rather than just getting a new one. Daniel was efficient, friendly and straightforward. Thank you!”

“I’ve been working with this company for over 25 years. I own a computer repair service myself and come in here for a variety of parts and resources. Darren, the owner is always extremely helpful. A lot of amazing hidden gyms in this place as well. Definitely worth trip just to see it”

“I just want to say thank you to the person named Austin for helping me at the store this past week. They were great at explaining all the keyboard options I wanted to ask from the actual source of the company. I hated my experience recently with Best Buy and didn't want to give them any of my business especially since I have built up my current Pc set up with a bunch of Razer gear. They helped me with the mouse and purchasing from on the web and in store. Great customer service and I will now be coming to this store for any Razer products and recommended my friends to come visit this place as it is really a hidden gem. I did not know that Razer had a store in seattle at all. Love the customer support and return and exchange policy they have. They also price match against the competitor which is nice so you can give them the business over the retail stores who just push boxes. If you want a great experience and want to be around a bunch of enthusiasts who live and breathe what we do outside our 9-5 and enjoy the pc gaming and tech world like we do, come here. Austin was great but every one in the store was also great when I had seen them interact with other customers as well. This also participates in product exclusive drops that I did not know about! Be on the look out for that as well. The products I bought were the Naga V3 Pro Mouse Razer V4 Pro 75% OLED Wireless Keyboard Razer Chroma Mouse Pad #Teamrazer moving forward now!”

“Haven't been in here for years. I was looking for a coffee shop on the Ave late in the day. I was walking by U Book and noticed a small sign for a coffee shop that was open until 6. Several tables open, a friendly barista who knew what they were doing and a mostly mellow gathering of customers. Just what I was looking for to review some music (via an earpiece) I was going to participating later in the evening.”

“Came to store for a power cable and ethernet cable expecting a computer parts store, and despite them not selling them they still sent me on my way with a free power AND ethernet cable they had extras of. Thanks guys!”

“I have worked with this organization multiple times due to laptop failures, computer damage, and poor guidance from vendors and suppliers. I have always received very good and credible advice, free of any condescending hyper-tech gibberish. Repairs are done in a timely manner to a very high standard, with pricing much more reasonable than those of retailers or manufacturers.”

“I went into the Apple University Village location feeling pretty frustrated with a malfunctioning phone, but Justin completely turned my day around. Two days ago, I had gone into the carrier store downtown location seeking help, and the worker there didn't seem to care at all. The contrast at Apple was night and day. Despite a massive crowd of customers to manage, the store was remarkably clean and well-organized. Justin went completely above and beyond to help me. He has a wonderful way of effectively mobilizing the Genius and sales teams to provide seamless care. His team members were incredibly positive, regularly and thoughtfully checking in on me while I waited. When it came time to upgrade, buying a new phone was an absolute breeze. Justin took personal charge of the process to ensure it went smoothly, while his team still stepped in seamlessly to make sure my new device was completely set up and ready to go before I left. This heartfelt care stands in stark contrast to major carrier stores, which are rarely as supportive or helpful with solutions. Justin is a true rockstar—he is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and warm. He possesses a genuine, customer-service-obsessed attitude that is such a rare find nowadays, and Apple is incredibly lucky to have him! Big thank you to Justin and his amazing crew. Because of this experience, I will always buy my phones directly here rather than anywhere else.”

“I can't thank Ethan at Northgate enough for his help with my refrigerator disaster. He patiently helped me re-measure the dimensions of my space, existing refer, and anticipated purchase. I am confident that this time the appliance will fit! A live sales person who knows the products is invaluable. Thanks again, Ethan!”
