Apple wanted $800 to replace it, but Seattle Laptop replaced it for about half that price, in three days. This made it worthwhile fixing this older Mac rather than just getting a new one. “Haven't been in here for years. I was looking for a coffee shop on the Ave late in the day. I was walking by U Book and noticed a small sign for a coffee shop that was open until 6. Several tables open, a friendly barista who knew what they were doing and a mostly mellow gathering of customers. “I just want to say thank you to the person named Austin for helping me at the store this past week. They were great at explaining all the keyboard options I wanted to ask from the actual source of the company. I hated my experience recently with Best Buy and didn't want to give them any of my business especially since I have built up my current Pc set up with a bunch of Razer gear. They helped me with the mouse and purchasing from on the web and in store. Great customer service and I will now be coming to this store for any Razer products and recommended my friends to come visit this place as it is really a hidden gem. I did not know that Razer had a store in seattle at all.
Love the customer support and return and exchange policy they have. They also price match against the competitor which is nice so you can give them the business over the retail stores who just push boxes. If you want a great experience and want to be around a bunch of enthusiasts who live and breathe what we do outside our 9-5 and enjoy the pc gaming and tech world like we do, come here. Austin was great but every one in the store was also great when I had seen them interact with other customers as well.
