“Ryan at the Verizon store in Redmond, WA, was quite literally exemplary in every way. I had a complex request, and he handled it without a hitch. He found services on my account that I had no need for, and replaced those with astute suggestions for more useful services and still brought my bill down by $40 per month. He transferred data from TWO phones with expertise and the patience of Job. At the risk of hyperbole, I have never had better service. He was also answering all the other store employee's questions seamlessly while helping me. He spent hours with me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
“it’s very easy to get to and completely open to the public! There are lots of interesting things to see at the center itself, showcasing Microsoft's history and innovation. I enjoyed being able to buy souvenirs in the Company Store, but I do wish the prices were cheaper and more reasonable. If the merchandise was more affordable, I think it would be great for more people to wear Microsoft gear! Overall, a highly recommended visit for tech enthusiasts and curious travelers.”
“I've been to this location multiple times and it is my favorite Daiso location in WA. It is large, clean, well organized, and well lit. The parking lot is nice as well. The only reason for the four star rating is because sometimes the traffic in the area makes it difficult to get into the parking lot.”
“Two recent visits with the Service Manager, Jayden and Ro...excellent support help with short wait time on site. Assuranct Protection 360 plan replacement phone needed all contacts, apps, photos properly transferred and old phone wiped before return. This team did it all! Fast, friendly, professional and smiling.
Returned a week later for phone screen setting issue, and again brilliant technical service - easy for them, not so much for me. Great atmosphere and hosted response upon entry each time within just a few minutes, even when busy.
I highly recommend this tech support team at this location.”

“During our summer road trip through WA, we stopped by this 7-Eleven. There was plenty of parking outside and inside, it looked clean and well-stocked, which is what I look for in a convenience store. I don't expect to served by Mary Poppins - just grab what I need, pay for it, and leave, which is exactly what we got. But I appreciate that some customers want to meet Mary Poppins even in low-paying positions. Bonus - they have an Amazon locker. We would not hesitate to return to this 7-Eleven if we're back in the area.”

“I don't understand why anyone would give a low rating to the only 24-7 establishment in town. When you have a group of friends in need of ice cream and bagel bites at 1 am, where are you supposed to go? Who else but 7-Eleven can help you? I had a great experience start to finish during my visit. Thank you 7-Eleven. The only critique I have is I wish they had some of the items that the 7-Eleven's in Japan carry, like Onigiris! “Today I had the pleasure of being helped by the delightful staff of the Redmond Cash America. After looking around for a bit and finding a couple of DVDs I was interested in, Brenda approached me and asked if she could help me find anything. I had been looking at guitars, but was unaware of some of the ones they had on clearance. She pointed them out to me and made me an amazing deal on a 12-string guitar and a guitar effects unit. She and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to not only what I was looking for but to all customers’ needs. It’s a shame I live so far away from this location, so I might not be able to stop by again as soon as I’d like to, but I will most definitely be stopping by the Redmond Cash America the next time I’m in town for sure.
