“Place has improved since then. Packages are scanned faster, they have their packages more organised. Since my last review I've had one mail from another inbox scanned into mine but they caught the mistake before I picked up. No other issues.
The store was adding the party city section and my missing packages likely got mixed up in that transition in staff and inventory.
I also buy stationary here frequently for work.
Store staff are really helpful and nice.

I usually pick up packages here all the time. I used to have no issues when they had their pickups by the printing area. Ever since moving their pickups to front desk I have had issues:
1. Some staff not asking for ID consistently. This is a big security issue.
2. Unscanned items being left on the front desk, unsupervised.
3. Store is understaffed, front desk is almost consistently empty.
Currently I have 4 confirmed packages missing, and Staples response, from the Store Manager is that it's 'impossible'. I have attempted to pick these up 2 other times, and I have called for an update -- they are still missing. They are confirmed to be delivered, but nobody has checked the footage.
They should have arrived over 2 weeks ago. These are packages from 2 different providers, and 4 unique parcels. For one package to go missing -- sure, bad luck -- but 4? I can't get all of them resent to me. Fortunately one of them I can get resent but the rest are a lost cause.
I will be moving my mail elsewhere, Staples has lost my trust.”
