Towing in Redmond, WA

“I was very suspicious about the company when i read the reviews and probably thought that they were gonna charge me more based on my ethnic profile. But their way of replies to the reviews wanted me to give some benefit of doubt.
To my surprise i had a good experience, roughly couple weeks ago.

I called them couple days before any need just to find out the general pricing and they didn't have any of my information at that point. Few days later i had a need and called them to see if they would come and tow my car from North Bend. The driver ( sorry can't recollect the name but he was a young, tall, red curly hair guy ) turned in very quick, hooked up my car and towed it quick. No hazzle. He was professional and yet casual. He actually stopped at a wrong address initially and when i told him he got the address wrong he reached the right address quickly without any qualms.
The lady who spoke to me on the phone was also very professional ( may be not the typical customer care sweet tone, but honest ).
May be there are few drivers who are not as good as the one that serviced my car.
I was charged ~$350 for towing ~25 miles. I didn't compare with other Towing Service's prices but i know this is not an extortion price. Also, i learnt that towing by our request has a different price than when our car gets towed by state patrol or violations. Hope this information helps other people, who are not aware.

“The invoice says the driver’s name is N. Andrews (night) but really this man was Jesus in a tow truck. After blowing out our front tire around mp 22 on I-90 after 10 pm we tried roadside assistance. After waiting 2 hours, the operator advised they were unsuccessful connecting to a driver. We are in an e-450 shuttle van conversion. We called around to various shops. Each company quoted at least 2 hours. Mac’s picked up and took the quote. The driver was advised the nature of the vehicle and said he would be by in 15 minutes. He arrived shortly after the call back. He hooked our bus up promptly which was impressive considering he was in a standard tow truck compared to the others requiring a flatbed. He dropped us off at the nearby tire shop in issaquah in the middle of the night and he was gone. when he pulled away we couldn’t help but notice his tow equipment was in the shape of a cross hence the Jesus in a tow truck. The cost was very reasonable under 300.00. Cannot say thank you enough to the driver N Andrews.”

“Ibsen/MAC did an awesome job!! My SUV was on the 5th floor of the underground parking garage in need of tow. They have one tow truck for tight spots like theses. Daniel who could pass for Seth Rogen's brother showed up to bail me out big time. Super knowledgable with mad driving skills. This is the dude you want if space is at a premium.”
